Hi sreeram
the letter which you have mentioned shall be in any specific format or just on plain white A4 sheet.
Also i will not be accompanying family members currently, so i think no need of processing fees for the kid shall be required.

Please send a signed letter (the letter may be scanned and sent as an email attachment) providing with all required changes to your file. The following information must be included in the letter to make the changes:

- full name,
- date of birth,
- file number [Letter followed by a nine-digit number],
- telephone number, including area code,
- fax number, including area code, and
- mailing address

anyone from UK

in background form - addresses section

what to write for province, state or district ( for london and cardiff) ? Is there any such thing or should I write NA

thank you

Brother,

Last yr NDVO sent MR+PPR within a same req.....Avg timeline was 45-60 days....

So u may expect 30-60 days timeline...(sometimes varies from officer to officer)....

Guys, by almighty's grace i got my MR, PCC & RPRF request from NDVO yesterday and 2nd line got updated yesterday "We started processing your application on 24th Oct"

I have a new born who turned 1 month today, already got his Passport in expidite processing so will get it this week, consultant is saying, lets send his complete set of docs along with your MR, PCC and RPRF details so they can receive yours and also can add the junior to the application and then they can request for his fresh medical, that ways they wont slow down my process at NDVO.

Anyways, will update the sheet soon. may WaheGuru bless all living beings

Thanks sreeramp, optimist, ashfie, ghanu, varun for wishes :)

Ghanu, i suggest any correspondence must be done on computer printed application duly signed by you (or by principal applicant, if you are not). mention how your planned the baby :p :p haha, kidding, mention you are blessed with a baby and would like to add him/her as dependent to your application. Also, mention the docs you are submitting along with to add him as part of application.

Hope this helps, congrats for the junior :)

Guys,

When you get your file back how do you know if they have rejected it based on your experience? I think they mention important information and experience thing for everybody on the front page of that letter but its not listed in the attached appendix.

I have received my MR+PCC+RPRF mail....will be sending the required documents in few days. So I expect to receive PPR by 3rd or 4th week of November... My consultant said NDVO gives only 10-15 days to respond to PPR mail....i dont want to trust his half baked knowledge....
