@ znet- my 2 cents on this.....


I had a similar case like yours herein wes did not evaluate my post grad diploma docs and had to chase & question them for the same. My original report had no mention of it and only bachelor's degrees was evaluated. At this stage if you feel that you have 67 or more, simply go ahead and file your application.

On the other hand, pls note that till the time the online status on wes portal states "file under review"; cic officials will be unable to view the report online. Time being the essence here, my recommendation will be to mail your app along with the original Evaluation - for Bachelors only for now. Once the process is completed by wes (of reviewing your file again), they will send you the revised original copies of your evaluation. You can then send this updated version to cic leveraging your UCI # and by mentioning other relevant details. Thanks

Thanks for the response and this is my concern that cic will not be able to verify the report untill it is under review. But as you said 'time being essence here' ,I will submit my application and will see what happens...

I send a mail to CIC regarding the updates of my application which we have send on July 2nd, 2014 for NOC 1112. I got the reply that CIC received our application on 7th July. As i can see July 9th applicants got their CC charged, Why aren't we getting any response till date. Is it because our mode of payment is DD or is there something to worry about????/

no problem in that i thing we should wait at least 2 weeks to get worried about ......

can you please mention on which date you sent the email for you have got reply from CIO ?

The PR Card expires if you dont spend 2 years out of 5 years in Canada. If you have done so, you can apply for renewal of PR card.
You can spend some more time and apply for citizenship.
To be able to apply for citizenship (as per existing rules and regulations), you need to spend 4 years out of 6 years in Canada.

You can be a PR forever, if you keep meeting the requirements and keep renewing the PR card.

PR Card expires in 5 years whether or not you spend 2 out of 5 years to maintain your PR eligibility. The PR Card then needs to be renewed for another 5 years if one still wants to remain on PR or if the citizenship requirements (4 out of 6 years) have not been met yet

If yes, then have u cleared medicals? Any further investigation happened??

Its a do or die for us. My husband got sugar and was given extension for tests.
Tomo he has to go for medical again but sugar is again out of border

We send mail on September 16 and September 29. Got its reply on October 18, 2014. But still waiting to get some positive response

68 points...hmm... then go ahead and apply ..check with WES once more..last call... if you have an email verification that WES report was different than your physical copy.. send it along with the cover letter... and apply! Good luck!

Once again thanks for responding and giving HOPE. I am planning to attach both initial online and hard copy report, and all the correspondence that I am having with WES to resolve this issue. Lets hope for the best....

also +2 to you, I couldn't give earlier as I do not know how to add. Haven't explored all the features yet.

Which one is Valid?

I believe the one in SS is a typo...the NOC code is 1111. I would also request esteemed moderators to kindly update the SS too.
