Hi Forumites,
Request you to please help me understand below matters :
1) I checked the application status with my old UCI which shows "In Process"- We received your application on July 2nd...??
2) I have also received a reply from CIO regarding status of my application

1)Which mean completeness check is done and waiting for eligibility review.
2) Soon you will receive your PER once eligibility review is completed after Fee Encasement.

Have Patience and wait for the PER ..........

Thank you so much every body for giving me hope .....I hope me and all of you get whatever we are waiting for..

I have been waiting to apply for FSW since 2011......initially my scores were not complete then FSW was paused in 2012....then last year Nurses were out of the category.....this time suddenly when they opened FSW raised my hopes and I applied with full swing....

I am almost done with my Nursing license/ professional licensing formalities too... which took 2 years already.....thats y now all i want is my FSW to get through.

Please pray for me....i will pray for u all !!!

I want to ask you that does having a professional license and reference from employer of being attached or employed is enough to prove that you have experience in the mentioned job to CIO.

I am doing as sub-broker and registered with SEBI.

same like you i have registration certificate and working with Angel Broking Ltd....my stock broker has given me the reference letter but did not mentioned job duties on it ....will the registration certificate will support me to convince CIO that i am working as sub-broker.....

our thoughts are welcome

No pankaj with professional license i mean the license which i will need in canada to work as a Nurse... I included Job description ......my job joining papers n reference letter by HR head that I work here,,,,....I work with one of the embassies in Delhi (cnt disclose the name though)

I send a mail to CIC regarding the updates of my application which we have send on July 2nd, 2014 for NOC 1112. I got the reply that CIC received our application on 7th July. As i can see July 9th applicants got their CC charged, Why aren't we getting any response till date. Is it because our mode of payment is DD or is there something to worry about????/

Certainly, keep your hopes alive....

Those applying for FSW should be strong enough and always hopeful.....
Week and pessimistic people would not be able to survive in the country where FSW's have to start from scratch infact below zero mark.......

No need to feel depressive..... You are July 11 applicant and they have not even reached to this date....
Look into this....... CIC has already completed pre check on this date.....Since, you have not receive your file back that means you are through this stage........ If your job duties are fulfilling the requirements and your forms are complete and mode of payment is secure..... then no need to get worried........ Have faith in god......you will receive your PER very soon

I am 10th July Applicant and also have not received any response. Hopefully some good news will come. Let us stay positive.
