I am very restless...i now no one can do anything for us...

But i am a 11 july applicant no news so far.....i feel depressive...

i hope everything goes well....i am worried too as I filled everything by myself....now worried if i missed something in my forms :'(

Hello all,

I have a suggestion to ask of. If someone has already received the Medical request and would like to remove the spouse name from the application at this stage, how can it be done. Due to some occupational reasons my spouse will not able to take the PR status at the moment and has decided not to accompany for now.

What is the way out and how would it affect my application?
Where can I find rules/regulations on this?

Just have 30 days to send the Medical so would appreciate help.

No need to feel depressive..... You are July 11 applicant and they have not even reached to this date....
Look into this....... CIC has already completed pre check on this date.....Since, you have not receive your file back that means you are through this stage........ If your job duties are fulfilling the requirements and your forms are complete and mode of payment is secure..... then no need to get worried........ Have faith in god......you will receive your PER very soon

1) I checked the application status with my old UCI which shows "In Process"- We received your application on July 2nd...??

2) I have also received a reply from CIO regarding status of my application as below:

Sawtantar,

I would suggest not to apply till you are confident with yourself. If you are scared this is not your cup of tea. Life in Canada is good but YES there is something called initial struggle, people in forum have shared their stories and people have flipped burgers at Mac'd who had good educational a background nd work exp. Immigration phase to any country is not easy and you should be confident in yourself as this is a long and tedious process, Which involves lot of money, time and patience.

Am not discouraging here, don't get me wrong.

Thank you so much every body for giving me hope .....I hope me and all of you get whatever we are waiting for..

I have been waiting to apply for FSW since 2011......initially my scores were not complete then FSW was paused in 2012....then last year Nurses were out of the category.....this time suddenly when they opened FSW raised my hopes and I applied with full swing....

I am almost done with my Nursing license/ professional licensing formalities too... which took 2 years already.....thats y now all i want is my FSW to get through.

Please pray for me....i will pray for u all !!!
