No reply so reposting:

I have received my PER on 21-Oct (about a week ago). Today I sent thru updated Schedule A form to LVO thru Case Specific Enquiry form online, and also sent original signed documents via post to London VO. I have included a letter explaining the mistake I made (and apologized for the same). (I unintentionally overlooked part of question 6 (d), ticked NO and forgot to include details of my US visitor visa refusal)

Questions I have are:

- How likely is it that VO has my file by now?
- Does anyone know of a case when VO accepted a new form with minor correction after PER?

It looks like CPC-Ottawa has woken up a bit. I see that a candidate from May 29 got his PCC and MR request!! I would clap and cheer for them if I could 8)

If you are paid while doing your research and your job includes a bit of teaching in the uni, you can quote 4011 code...
Else, you may write the actual ...however you will be evaluated on your experience which you show in your reference /experience letters as per the eligibility criteria...

I see a delay these days with people getting mails a week after their 2nd line getting updated.

Hi Complicated Query,

Below is my query for FSW. It is very different at least I have not seen this in forum yet.

I sent my 1st file which reached CIC on 14 May 2014, however later I realised that I made so many mistakes in file so I arranged another IELTS sheet and WES, I sent second file which reached CIC on 18 June 2014.

As expected 1st file was returned to me on 24 September 2014, I resent that file which eventually becomes by 3rd file reached on 1st october 2014.

Now for 2nd file I have received PER on 16 October 2014. Should I inform CIC and tell them not to process my 3rd file which reached on 1st October 2014?
