I have been asking the same question again and again because i do not feel confident about requirement of 'certified copies'

I do stay in Dubai and want to send all my documents to India so that my spouse will put her signature and her documents and send the application.

I have all my documents in English, so does none of them require attestation?

I want to make sure that for such a petty thing they don't reject my application.

Until Saturday search didn't return any results

Does that mean i have cleared completeness check and my dd is encashed????
Im a bit confused n a bit excited, wht to expect now??

Hi dear forum members. .
just recivied an email from LVO they have requested additional documents which include a police certificate from London where I was on HSN for 4 months... can anyone guide me on how I can obtain PC from London. .

Got to admit, all the LVO applicants including myself must admit, even though we are waiting impatiently,

The fact is that LVO is indeed processing applications at a decent pace, already 3 LVO applicants have received VISA.

Hi Guys...

Finally I got Medical and PCC request from NDVO , I am 12th May applicant.

I need little help on your experience as I am getting little bit confused about the PCC application.

I have a passport of Bhopal and I live in Pune. Just confused where should I apply for it. I am in Bhopal tomorow and I thought if my address in Passport is same I can directly get PCC from Bhopal PSK without any local police verification.

But someone told me I have to goto local police station to get clearance and then present it to PSK.

So I am little confused what should I do in this case, should I goto Pune and apply there and wait for few days. Or Bhopal. I need to submit these on 4th December. Please let me know if anyone went thru this before

i am new to this forum and i've got a situation. PLEASE ADVICE.

i am the principal applicant with enough points. my husband and our baby are the dependents and i applied as they were accompanying. while, my husband and i are considering splitting up and he does not care if he could go to canada or not. i would like to know if we get divorced before PER, will it cause delay or even get us (my baby and me, i would have the custody) rejected? what if we get divorce after we get our PR visa (if that could happen)?

Sorry to here about your situation. But divorce will not stop you from getting PR as long as you inform your local VO of the change in your family composition.
However to take your son with you will be required to ask your husband/ex-husband to sign 'Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604] form to show that he is in agreement with you travelling with your child. Your local Vo will tell you how to go about this once you inform them of the changes.

That's a long wait for you my friend. Just drop them and email and wait for the reply.

Until then, no news doesn't mean bad news....

I am unable to convince my HR to provide my jib description on the company letter head. Is there any work around for this?

Just now got the MR mail from consultant. NDVO sent the MR request on 21-10-2014.

Second line was updated on 15-10-2014.

I think you are on your way to get your PER man. Congrats!! wait for 10-15 days you will hear the great news.
