Dear Seniors,

I am a 14 May applicant and my application was returned due to incomplete documents. I completed all my documents and sent again.
My application is expected to be delivered on 6 - 7th Nov 2014.

Since I had applied earlier also, will my application get some priority or CIC will treat my application as fresh application and will take around 3 - 4 month to process it.

My NOC is 1123. If my application is treated as fresh application, are there some chances that my application is processed before the CAP fills.
Kindly advice.

Your one will be treated as fresh and new application without any prejudice to older one.

As there is only 105 applicants in the cap update, so there is ample room for you to be included in the cap. So relax.

I need some help regarding settlement fund. Can someone show amount shown in ‘Employee Provident Fund statement (EPFO)’ as a part of settlement fund. Please note that this statement would include provident fund contribution that an employer deducts from the salary every month & the similar contribution is made by employer, as per government rule. Please suggest if they can included as part of settlement funds.

My wife's name is slightly misspelt in the MR request form. We have our medical appointment for this process tomorrow. Will I have to write to NDVO to make the correction before I make her do the Medicals or continue with the process and write to them about the mistake in the name in a covering letter while sending the DD and the MR completion report and related docs to NDVO after completing the medicals?

yes, my suggestion is also continue with the process and write to them about the mistake in the name in a covering letter while sending the DD and the MR completion report and related docs to NDVO after completing the medicals. You don't need to interfere with the current medical process. If the medical ask for the misspelling, just explain it to them.

If you can get the money withing 1-2 months of your resignation, you should include those.

In My case my phone no. last digit was wrong. I wrote to ndvo stating the problem and whether I should go ahead with these forms or wait for revised forms.

Response which I received was that my query has been transferred to respective department and afterwards I have got another mail from that department stating that changes have been made and I should go ahead with wrong contacts details forms.

So I would strongly suggest to mail to ndvo for your query.

Hi everyone ...i applied under the NOC 0911 and got my PER on 24/10...

I wanted to know what level of scrutiny goes in into the case once the file reaches New Delhi visa office?>?>

I also applied under 0911 and received PER on 23.10.14.
Local VO will go for background verification and shall offer MR within 45-50 days from PER mail.
It would be difficult to ascertain their level of scrutiny.

Why the hell 12th June DD applicants aren't receiving PERs.....the Bank still says DD not been encashed....till date no news have been heard of....CIC has started processing July applicants now....and few from June are wondering what has happened to their file.....assuming it might have been rejected but we haven't received anything back yet.....neither PERs...its really frustrating.
