Hello guys,

I've got a very general question on the process: how come the FSW2014-Spreadsheet has records of rejected applications which were received in late July 2014?

I thought they do not open packages before it is time to do it in FIFO order. So now it occurs to me they actually make the preliminary completeness check to see if all the required forms and supporting documents are included and then either reject it right away, or put on the shelf for further review where it lasts for months. Thus, if my application is received on 07/24/2014, the very first review has most likely passed, right?

i was observing the same thing, that 4 for the july applicant (as per the SS) got rejected/returned response, how did they come to know that their application is rejected, when we say that the CIO is in process of viewing early july applications.

I would appreciate if someone from the applicants (july 14) could enlighten us that how did they get the information.

@members, shall we consider that the applications received in July 14 has gone through the initial processing stage.

for fd-258, in the upper left corner, do i have to write my address and the reason for fingerprinting? what about employer and address? just n/a?

Yes you have to and reason provide Canada PR

I am assuming that you are getting the finger print done from a professional. Even though you can do the fingerprinting yourself the risk of rejection is high, given that there is a considerable delay in FBI pcc due to thier system upgrades.

There is no issue on any conversion. It is recommended by NDVO site to pay INR 26,700 per adult for RPRF.

I am from delhi. My wife's PCC request got adverse report. Are u suggesting i can still apply online through delhi police website? Will it create any problem that i had applied through PSK but was not issued due to some reasons. Do i have to reapply through PSK again, to clear out things?

I am just trying to figure out the best option.

Hi Maverek,

Visit PSK of your area ASAP.

No need to get new passport.

Apply for yourself and your spouse online with below important points:

1) For your spouse give address of both the places, pre marriage and post marriage with duration and time period
2) Get a bank account opened in a nationailised bank, just one day job and get a passbook handy with names and current address of both on it.
3) Keep marriage certificate handy ..

Visit PSK as in case of adverse report, you will have to go through a police verification which takes a month. So be quick and as soon as your police verification is done, visit passport office for a status as PSK website does not update status so frequently...

If you are applying from Delhi, then you can straightaway apply for PCC on Delhi police website and that will be available online in a week, if you are applying from rest of india, PSK or passport office is the only solution.

Vind, NDVO sent the mail on 21st Nov. so i think his consultant just woke up and NDVO is still sound asleep..

Lol ..... We are so fantasised with words PER, MR, PPR that our mind stops reading the whole thing.... it gets excited to congratulating our fellow members and start dreaming about our own PER, MR, PPR, Visa, Landing ✈

Well ask @ htcjmd to keep supplying tea, coffee, snacks to NDVO to keep them awake. We all will fund for those snacks but ask them to faster gear now....

I have a question regarding my current designations. Although i work as software Designer, NOC 2173, My designation in current organisation is not in the NOC list. My employer has issued duly signed experience letter on company letter head stating job duties of a software designer.

could that be a problem ?

Need some urgent help:

My wife's name is slightly misspelt in the MR request form. We have our medical appointment for this process tomorrow. Will I have to write to NDVO to make the correction before I make her do the Medicals or continue with the process and write to them about the mistake in the name in a covering letter while sending the DD and the MR completion report and related docs to NDVO after completing the medicals?

Note. it has nothing to do with NDVO, email will be shooted from CIC

Hi everyone. Can you enlighten me please... My bank called last week telling me that my BD has been negotiated last sept 24 but until now i havent receive any emails or news about my application. I sent my application last may 28, noc 4011. Please enlighten me. Im worried. Ive seen that most June applicants already have their PER and MR.
