Dear Seniors,
I hope this find you all in good health and if someone likes he can answer my question I will really appreciate.

I have applied In 2014 in 2173 category including my wife and two children from Pakistan.
I have received my PER 12 October from LVO and waiting for MR.

here come my questions
Q1= I just have received new Job offer in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and now I finalized to Join them so if I go there and MR email comes is it possible that I may have medical check up from Saudi Arabia and my wife and children get medical done in Pakistan as visa office for Saudi Arabia and Pakistan is same its LVO ?

Q2= Do I need to inform visa office about this situation that I have relocate to Saudi Arabia in future on receiving of MR or I don't need to tell them about this situation because I cannot get my family Saudi Arabia so I want paper work remain in Pakistan.

Q3=My wife is expecting in Jan 2015 so if Medical request comes in December 2014 then what will be best way to adopt do we need to go for medical or we have to inform them about this situation and postponed the medical request for Two to three months in this way can I go for medical alone.

Please reply I will be thankful to you guys

in the Generic Form IMM 0008 : Q12 "Previous countries of residence

Check the box to indicate whether you have lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your current country of residence for more than six (6) months in the past five (5) years."
so no need to write down any travels here, just the countries you lived in more than 6 months other than your country of citizenship or your current country of residence.

BUT:

in the Supplementary Information: Your Travels (IMM 5562)
Q2 :: List all trips that the dependent child has taken outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc.

That means if you are from A country (A country passport holder ), living in B country , there is no need to mention any trips between A and B or any vacation in A or B, no matter how long it was (several days or 6 months)

Dear Brother ,

Please specify all your travels even though it is from A to B or from B to A . This will clear all confusions for the officer who is checking.

Also always recheck and double check your application before sending to make sure that all your travel history can be understood easily by any level of officer who checks it . Prepare the list of travels and all details in the perspective of a tough officer . This will help you in the later stage for fast processing without much delays . ( varification will be done if there is any cause of doubt only ) . I have explained all my travel historys between Home and Resident country and Vacation tours to Europe / business tours etc in 2 pages together . Also send a copy of all pages of passport ( so that it will be clear all the airport stampings specifying the dates of travel as a proof ) .
Best of Luck for your application
Jdn

Hi jango

Good news is cibil has nothing to do with fsw

If so, then its great. But how would the immigration department come to know once bad credit history ?
There might be some data base to record which they would refer .

Hello everyone,

I got my PER on 29th Aug 2014, VO - NDVO. Application filed date May 14-2014

It has been more than 8 weeks now and still no communication from NDVO.

ECAS status shows as "in process". I have seen from SS that couple of guys who received PER on 29 Aug have already got their MR request
plus perople with application date post 20 May are getting MR request

SO why is the delay from NDVO neither they have shared any AOR?????????
Checked with my supervisors of current job and previous job and they say that have not received any verification calls or mails....

Where is the delay from NDVO end????

Hi friends,
Please help!!

This is a rather embarrassing question. I have applied for FSW 2014 late June and am awaiting CC charge and PER.
I am an Indian national, working in IT and am pretty accomplished professionally. Have worked in 3 countries.

I have an elder brother whose past actions I am not proud of. I have cut all ties with him for the last 5 years after he tried using my pay slips and documents, and tried to forge documents for a bank loan without my knowledge. He had taken loans from 2 banks 7-8 years ago and has defrauded on both. He had been lazy, had an easy lifestyle and had borrowed from multiple people without paying anyone back and I am not sure if any of the lenders has filed any police complaints on him.

If they have and if my brother's credit standing is not good, will it affect my application for FSW in any ways (background check, family records, criminality etc.)? We had lived in the same house for 7-8 years and any background check will reveal this to the authorities. Will I have to suffer because of my brother's misdeeds and get my application rejected?

Eagerly waiting for answers from seniors and even others with any knowledge on this topic.

Regards,
Gill

You will be judged for your capabilities. Your brother's conduct will not influence cic's decision.

Local visa offices can't work on FIFO
Every file needs different set of verification

Dear you have to match all stamps in your passport/s other than country of origin and country of current Residence

Even if that's for a day.

small correction done

Its a part of background check, isn`t it ?
Why do they ask for any debts or liabilities ? Why do they ask for $11,824 on ones name ?

In the past, on forums we all have been discussing about it.
But it doesn`t mean one should withhold from applying. I am suggesting to do what can be in our remit.
