Dear Friends,

I am writing for another expert guidance

I have my PER and waiting for MR.
However, I am planning to talk to my employer in arranging employment offer in Canada. As my company has its offices in Canada as well, I was thinking to have talks with employer to get offer for full time employment in Canada.
My action is to make sure, my case gets stronger while MR is arrived and to cover up my funding.

But I am not sure if this will impact me in any case, i.e. my employer has no knowledge on my PR process.
Please suggest.

I have applied In 2014 in 2173 category including my wife and two children from Pakistan.
I have received my PER 12 October from LVO and waiting for MR.

here come my questions
Q1= I just have received new Job offer in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and now I finalized to Join them so if I go there and MR email comes is it possible that I may have medical check up from Saudi Arabia and my wife and children get medical done in Pakistan as visa office for Saudi Arabia and Pakistan is same its LVO ?

Q2= Do I need to inform visa office about this situation that I have relocate to Saudi Arabia in future on receiving of MR or I don't need to tell them about this situation because I cannot get my family Saudi Arabia so I want paper work remain in Pakistan.

Q3=My wife is expecting in Jan 2015 so if Medical request comes in December 2014 then what will be best way to adopt do we need to go for medical or we have to inform them about this situation and postponed the medical request for Two to three months in this way can I go for medical alone.

Please reply I will be thankful to you guys

Well I am not experienced in this situation but if your wife is expecting in january and MR comes in December, most probably doctors would not conduct tests since x-rays are not allowed during pregnancy. You will have to talk to the doctor (representative) to let him the situation and he will tell you whether she can undergo medical tests or should you inform CIC/VO and get it delayed.

For you I think if its allowed to be delayed you can come later and get it done together that creates less confusion for them. I think you will come after delivery anyway

I received PER on 24 Sept, 2014. My VO is NDVO, so I will not receive any AOR.

I will receive passport of my kid in another 10 days. So will I be good to share all the required docs with them?

I applied under NOC 2281 ( Computer Netowrk Technician ). Got PER on Sep 24th. But from Novemver 1 , 2014 I will join at Network Audit team. Currently till Oct 30th , 2014 I am working at Network Operation team.

My question is , as my new job is not related to Network Operation but related to Network Audit , how they will treat my application ?

I mean my future job type will not be no more related to NOC 2281 ( Computer Netowrk Technician ).

Please help.

U can send it after completion of one month (just an approximate time which can be given for file transferring)....

That's expected buddy, that's how it appears in most of our international travel forms, unless some one is an exceptional traveler going around the world without coming back to the home country. This form established your traveling patterns and it has a specific purpose. To get the best results mention as it is.

i got my PER on 8th oct and waiting for MR , based on the trend , can any one please provide an ETA on the MR mail .. my VO is New delhi.

App date is 11 June , any trends that have been followed , please do let us know fellow forumites with NDVO who have received the MR mails.

Your current job is not important as long as you have over 1 year full-time experience on NOC 2281. Since you already got PER, I assume it is the case.

So this won't affect your application at all.
