My passport address is from Banglore and my permanent address is kochi will that be a issue ??

There will not be any issue as long as you have some government issued address proof for the address from where you are applying for PCC.

I have a big question here.

I just got my app returned, here are some quick lines -

A review of your app indicated you do not meet criteria of Regulation 10 IRPA. The app is returned due to this reason.

Below this, in that on the first page it says in highlighted color -

- Please see the highlighted items on the enclosed checklist or the enclosed appendix.

Now here are the highlighted words -

1. "Important information" start of para.

Below that, this word NOTE is highlighted. Which goes on explanation of work experience. It describes what NOC skills are and so on.

However nothing NOTHING on this para is highlighted.

Now, i go to appendix.

In that, 1 line is fully highlighted, which is IMM5406 it is also checked.

Nothing else is highlighted.

I am confused what does this mean, i know i made mistake on 5406, so it is 1 issue, does that mean i have issues on LOR or NOC roles or what ? Cause nothing there is highlighted.

Please enlighten if someone faced similar thing.

so sad, what is your noc nad what exp
which date u applied? reapply with correction, if u have cold NOC

My 11 June application returned back saying credit card payment decline again re submitted the application with different credit card details now my concern do still wait another four months or CIC can process my application asp since I submitted in June . NOC 1123 worried if I can fill in within the cap please advise

There will not be any issue as long as you have some government issued address proof for the address from where you are applying for PCC.

My consultancy said apply through PSK. How many days they normally take incase if they need any verification from Banglore .. I have to send the application by 4 th december

CIC Recievied file = 13 June 2014
DD Encashed = 2 Oct 2014

But still not get any updates either Positive or negative(almost 22 days gone) Can any buddy have any idea whats going on, Is my application will on reject side or else. Because according to sheet lot of other people got PER after my date

Some people get PERs fast, some people get them slow. For me it was 7 weeks from DD cashing to PER.

what is issue here as IMM5406 is for family details not for NOC & exp.
pls explain in detail.

Just to share with you. I had a cholestrol level of 520 one year back but brought it down to 160 with 2 months of gymming and a slightly controlled diet. Also lost 8-9 Kgs in the process So, no need to worry and keep yourself motivated. Its better to go for the medicals with fit body and mind.

I'm not sure, unless you are showing evidence of chronic disease or you have had serious health issues in the past and are likely to need continuing treatment I would say no.

If I do court marriage now...when can I add my spouse into my application.... What documents will I be needing for my spouse additionally....

By how months my application completion would be delayed after adding spouse.

As long as you are legally married you can add her right away. Check the document checklist and guide to make sure of all the documents you'll need, but from memory you'll need:
1. marriage certificate
2. spouse's passport, birth certificate, national ID if any
3. Updated forms (generic form, background declarations for you and spouse, family information for you and spouse, travels for your spouse)
4. PCCs for spouse (if you've already given yours, if not wait for PCC request)
5. medicals for spouse (if you've already done yours, if not wait for MR)
6. photos
7. application fee for spouse

Depending on the stage you are at it may delay processing but you don't really have a choice. If you get married you have to add her.
