1) as per current MI it's April 30, 2015. But I am suspicious they might change that.
2) all apps go to CIO Sydney, NS.

Thanks Diplomatru for your reply. gives me some breathing space
is this date mentioned somewhere on their website? Just to confirm :)

Regards,
Ammar

Sub-caps of 1,000 applications for each of the 50 eligible occupations

So though total CAP is 25000 for 50 NOC category but individual NOC cap is 1000 which will bring better reliability for HOT NOCs.. :)

Hello,
I have a question about FBI report. Do I need to get Ink finger print done from local police station and send application to FBI ?
Or I can go to fingerprint live scan agency and get my fingerprint directly sent to FBI .

Please suggest ... please share your experience.

Can someone share his /her experience on how to get the passport photo done in the USA as per Canadian specification ?
Is there any store or it is generally through a photographer ?
Would grateful if someone sheds some light on this topic.

Thanks!

Hi guys, needed help ...

1) In form IMM 0008 Schedule 3 , there is a question no. 7c , which says " Is your accomnying spouce or common law partner proficient proficient in English or French ? " YES or NO ?

I'm applying alone without any spouse or children , so in this case ... Should I select NO or shall I leave it blank ?

2) In the same form , I have to mention my work experience details ... In the same section there is a column for mentioning MAIN DUTIES ...

Now the main duties are really extensive and in various points ... One simply cannot specify the duties in such a narrowed down space ... What to do in this case ? Do I need to attach an extra letter for this , as I don't have enough space ... If so, then what is that letter called ? and how to write that letter ? ....

3) In another form , I have to mention all the residential addresses from the age of 18 ... Now the problem is that , there is one column which says to write " STREET AND NUMBER " and the next column says to write " POSTAL CODE/ZIP CODE "...

Now the problem is the place where I lived for 3 years, doesn't have any street number neither the postal code / zip code ... The address only contains , the house number , the block name , the road name , city name and the country name ... What to do in this case ?

1. Write N/A
2. Write 'Refer attached sheet' and attach the duties separately but mention the form name and question no. on the top
3. Leave blank or write N/A

Hi Which state are you in ?

Hi, I have a query regarding PCC. Do we need to produce the PCC for Canada if the stay was more than 6 months? As per application filling guide, they mentioned pc other tha Canada.

Thanks.

Hi

I already had my medicals and paid RPRF online and couriered to NDVO after reading few posts today about paying RPRF online, I am bit worried whether NDVO accepts RPRF fee paid online. Any suggestions seniors.

Anil even I paid online, and then reading some posts the worry started if RPRF can be paid online
It looks like lot of people have paid this fee online and lot of people assured here it is fine to pay RPRF online. So we should be good, but if someone has reply from NDVO itself it will be great.

I see that one of forumites could get reply from SGVO in couple of days, saying only DD is valid for SGVO.

Online Payment Query on SGVO:

I made a query on 23rd Oct 14 to know about the current status of online payment (RPRF etc.) of SGVO...They replied to me as per below:

#################################################################

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

We accept cashier's order or bank draft only.

We trust this information will be of assistance.

Sincerely,

Immigration Section | Section d'immigration /ET
High Commission of Canada | Haut Commissariat du Canada
Singapore | Singapour

I hope this will clear confusion for few of us....:)

Ashifee that was quite a fast reply from SGVO. They replied in a single day, how did you get reply so fast
I think usually it takes 3 to 4 weeks for reply, I put a question to NDVO regarding this, and I got a reply that my question will be answered in about 28 days.

Congratulations buddy..
