I got Medical Request from DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca
I have not received any mail before that
DD en-chased 10th Sept
NOC 2174
Medical Request 24th OCT
Now my question is ..My marriage is fixed on 8th Feb 2015
Before that it is expected that I ll get visa if everything goes smooth.
So can I apply PR for my husband too from India only after marriage.
Or I have to land in Canada first..Then I can apply..

That is a good solution but they have to provide documents like after marriage photos, before marriage photos, marriage ceremony photos, marriage certificate, etc.
Now providing photos will be a tough job as court marriage is different compared to ceremonial marriage.

I think she can send marriage certificate just after getting legally married and explain whole situation to the VO in her cover letter. She can send photos of any rasam etc. that has already taken place... Of course they will have immediate family members with them even if they choose to get legally married (they can send pictures of that as well)...

Yeah I have a feeling the next one is going to show 1112 cap reached and a few others close to cap. It was so nice when CIC was updating caps on a weekly basis right?

they started sending PER to early July applicants. the earlier update was massive . I feel they did update that one as per completeness check.

Is it safe to use the online payment option for RPRF?

I already had my medicals and paid RPRF online and couriered to NDVO after reading few posts today about paying RPRF online, I am bit worried whether NDVO accepts RPRF fee paid online. Any suggestions seniors.

Can the dependent land first and the main applicant can accompany after 3-4 months?

The main applicant must be the first to land, then dependents may land with or after 3-4 month. But before the expiry of the visa.

Its better to add spouse name after getting PER

What docs u req if u add spouse at this stage(Tentative docs):
Marriage certificate(Takes some time to create, but seems u havent receiver PER yet, so u have ample time to add)
+ Forms needs to be resent
+ Update bank statements
+ You both might need to add spouse name in each others passport(you might require marriage certificate for the same)

Oh thats great then!! I am kind of in the same situation. My wedding is next Novemeber and I applied on 4 july, though no further communication. But i was assuming after getting my visa I would go to canada n then sponsor my spouse from there, jjust on the basis of court marriage.

DO you think its better to add spouse at this stage? Should i add my spouse after getting PER?

what extra documentation of my spouse will i be needing then.

If PA changes company what all documents needs to be submitted to NDVO, our Consultant says just Relieving letter of previous company and Offer letter of new company is this sufficient

Online payment through CC for RPRF is also fine. In fact it is preferred by many over DD.

I am 30th may applicant and till now I am waiting, my CC is not charged. I have sent an email to CIC, but still nothing . Does this silence mean that CIC has returned my package back?
