Is it right to say that if you 're a July applicant and you have written to CIO to ask for the application status and until no response from them, this means that your application has passed the completeness check?

When did u write them ?

No. CIC will take around 30-45 days to respond to your email. So their answer will be whatever the status of your application is at the time they respond. No response only means that they haven't gotten to your email yet.

The best option for you that I see is to block your credit card payment. CIC strongly advises against two simultaneous applications for the same NOC. I am not sure what the consequences will be in such cases but it's better to heed their suggestion and not risk anything for your already approved application.

I certainly can see why they would, but do you have a source for this?

Need some advice my Dear forum members -

1. If I receive Medical Request and PCC Request, do I have to submit all the documents together. Lets say I get my PCC for USA ready, but I am still waiting for my PCC for India, can I just go ahead and submit PCC of USA first and then submit PCC for India when it comes through?
2. Is their a deadline for submitting these documents?

If we drop a mail to CIC to check application status, do they respond exactly on the 30th day after receipt of the mail or anytime earlier?? Anybody who has mailed earlier kindly let me know...

@ goku.

My MBA was general but ECA report mentions specialization as business administration

In education if I mention my class 10 and 12 then what certificate do I mention.
If I mention something then do I send those.

Even if I send them will it be a problem if it is not mentioned in ECA report .

Please help
thank you

There is nothing wrong in sending class 10 and 12 certificates even if its not mentioned in ECA report.
it wasn't mentioned in my ECA as well and they have accepted it without asking for any additional document.

There are many who provided Class 10th certificate with their father's name on it and got PER..............
You can surely provide class 10th certificate....
To make your application more secure, you can add an affidavit stating that you are not able to get non-availability certificate from MC due to these reasons and your date of birth is this this as Class 10th certificate is attached along

I think they will accept affidavit from your mother regarding your birth (of course with all details). Also, you should mention in your cover letter the reason for not having birth certificate.

I saw a video on CIC website. In that video, they mentioned that Birth Certificate is important. Also, affidavit can be submitted in case a person doesn't have birth certificate. My sister provided an affidavit from my mother and they accepted that in place of birth certificate.
