Hi,

I had a confusion regarding the filling up the form.

1) There are some fields in the form where the space is less , for example ... In form " IMM 5669 Background/Declaration" you have to write the name of the institution you attend. The name of my institution is long ... I'm unable to write it fully.
And I'm also unable to modify the font size as well... What to do in this case ?

2) In the same form specified above, There is question no.8 (PERSONAL DETAILS) where you need to fill up all the details from recent 10 years like what were you doing etc ... if you were employed or retired etc ... Now , I want to ask if we also need to mention between 2 months or not ? For e.g ... I finished my Secondary education in April 2005 ... then I got admitted to the university in the same year , that is August 2005 ... So in this case , between April and August I was applying for admissions and doing nothing else , lol ...

Now my question is that ... Is it necessary to fill up this timeframe as well or not ? since they have mentioned you should not have a gap in the time while specifying ... If it is necessary , then what should I write under the NAME OF SCHOOL/COMPANY tab ?

1) buddy u can write as much as u can put into that space. like i attended PAF KIET, but instead of writing full form Pakistan Air Force Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology......i wrote simply PAF KIET, i think none of the institutes have that much long name in pakistan.

2) dont worry about that. the thing they mentioned is if u have gap of more than 12 months then u have to explain it that what u were doing in that gap. its understood that u passed a class in APril and got admission in October or Novermber in same year..........obviously u were trying and getting admission. same goes for job experince also. like u left a company in MArch and got new job in sept so u dont have to explain that.

hope that helps.

Please forum members who made payments by DD and got PER just wanna clarify was the DD payable to "Receiver General For Canada" or "The Receiver General For Canada". Has anyone got PER/Payment encashment whose DD was payable to ""Receiver General For Canada" and not "The Receiver General For Canada". Please do share if "Receiver General For Canada" is wrong mode of payment and anyone whose application was returned just because of this.

It doesn't matter. It is actually "Receiver General for Canada" but its ok even if its "The Receiver General for Canada".

i made DD and it was for "the receiver general for canada", i m now waiting to get MR.

but it would make no logical difference if "THE" is there or not. there are people who got through even writing just "receiver general for canada". the cio knows it and its a normal thing.

none of the applications have been rejected yet on just this "THE" issue. hope that helps.

Refer to FSW guide, it is exactly written as "Receiver General for Canada" but there is no significant difference these..No worries. :)

..' this is to certify that miss resident of is residing on adreses for last 1 yr 2 mnth from to date.

this is PCC from area we shifted as a tenant 1 yr back.

Do I need to collect PCC from different residing police station areas of similar city ?

I think only 1 PCC is required from one country.. You don't need multiple PCC from 1 country.
