No bank will disclose account information to third party. It is the LAW.

Great thanks Diplomatru. But I keep hearing from some people that, the immigration departments of some countries have a separate channel through which the banks are obliged to give the information when asked. Isn't this true?

Experts,

As it has been clear that even with Bachelor's level education one can apply under NOC 4011, i want to know whether one teaching local language in college level shall be considered eligible or not? plz shade some light?

Obviously that's not a professor or lecturer. So, my take on this is no.

No. It is simply impossible.

Hello Experts,

I am sending a self declaration affidavit, a transcript of reference mail from supervisor and HR denial mail transcript for the letter of reference requirement since I am not able to get the duties listed on the company's letter head due to company's policy. Do I need to add some kind of cover letter as well to explain my situation here ? Already in affidavit, I have mentioned that I am not able to get the letter of reference from employer due to company's policy.

Thanks in advance.

What you need to get is a letter from someone other than yourself who knew your duties and can give you a reference letter. Someone like a senior from your company. It can be a personal letter not on letterhead. Self-attested job duties are not acceptable and will be rejected.

Thanks a lot, it is a big relief for me, however I will submit my situation to CIC once I check with the bank if they can give a letter on my account closure.

+1 for the help.

Yes, you are right. +1 (pending). Criminality check then MR then security check then PPR. This can be found from Dimitry's GCMS note.

Aug 6: Application received at local VO.
Sep 1: Criminality check passed.
Sep 3: Document verification completed.
Sep 3: Medicals request.
Sep 4: Medicals done.
Sep 7: Medicals passed.
Sep 10: "Medicals received" line has appeared in ECAS.
Security checks have not been started as of Sep 10 - they fit somewhere below.
Sep 19: "We started processing your application" line has appeared in ECAS.
Sep 23: RPRF request.
Sep 23: RPRF sent & received electronically.
Sep 23, a few hours later: Passport request.

+1 for u for this great ...flow chart of GCMS but....MR before ecas 2nd line This delay in ecas update often confuses the steps of VO processing

+1

Security Check & criminality check both are different.

Goku, could you please elaborate on the difference between them?

I never heard MR can be waived off... This seems to me mandatory for even tourist visa.

Hi Bro Centuary, First of all a question... do u think MR can me waived off....as on of my cousin said so he migrated a year and half back from Qatar and his visa office was london and his medical was waived off....

Secondly I jus started the Saudi PCC procedure... and it is an advice to all you guys applied from Saudi to the London VO that dont wait for vo to send the pcc request its jus a form which is very standard and better to start processing before hand i can give the form copy if anybody wants be prepared before vo sends the request as they give only 30 days to submit and the form is pretty standard addressed to the Ministry of External affairs....I can explain the procedure if anybody wants.... PCCs are a requirement that i dont think can be waived off and its wouldnt harm as its not a very costly affair...

Anybody is welcome to ask me for the form or procedure.

Deleted my post as well...

No that doesn't mean security check is cleared. RPRF is requested after Eligibility(Background check) & Criminality is passed.

Dear all

I have a bank draft from Royal bank (Canada) which it's issued about 2 months back ( drawn IN CANADA ) and there is no expiry date on it ...
can I use this bank draft and send it with my application ? or even bank drafts drawn in Canada must be issued no more than 30 days?

should I sign it ?
My suggestion, don't take risk and do what is instructed else you will be anxious for the whole period till it get encashed. Get a new one done.

Not a joke at all. 2nd such incident in 2 days in Canada. Remember what happened after 9/11, all brown skinned people were treated like terrorists. Not a good development for immigrant hopefuls. Will take away basic civil rights like what happened in the US. Just hope to god this doesnt get worse.

I dont think that is true...I did read reports of Sikhs getting targeted due to the head gear otherwise there was no general antagonism towards the brown skin....
