Hello...
i just came across this forum and thought that this might possibly help me lessen the anxiety and depression which are really starting to build up in me already.
i am currently applying for fsw under noc 3012 (Reg Nurse) .. i know, isa ito sa pinaka madaling mapuno ang cap but i don't really want to lose hope... i signed a contract with CIC (canadian immig consultancy) hoping that they will give me all the assitance i need but no... super tagal nila mag-review, super hirap nilang ma-reach out, super grabe and if anyone here knows them, i hope you don't have the same experience like mine.. at this time i am on my final stage of my application already hoping na makapag-submit ako before end of the month.

pls pls... let me know if i still have a chance on this NOC. kse based naman sa cic.gc website, nasa 189 plang ung narereview nila under this NOC 3012, although sabi, hindi naman lahat narereview agad pero i don't know...

i'm so giving up already on this application but i really want to keep that faith... so if anyone out there knows so much about fsw program, please let me know if there is still a chance na makapasok ako sa cap kahit Oct na

Not a joking matter apparently...a soldier standing guard was shot dead...

While i apologize for cracking a joke at this situation, it would have been a lot better on your part to have shared this unfortunate loss of life in your initial post.

Anyhow, i have already deleted my comment.

I don't believe they'll ask you to provide a "specific bank's statement". You just have to prove to them that you have the necessary funds to settle down in Canada. Which bank you save your money in, and how many times you change your account should't matter really.

So, specifically in your case, they may ask you for an updated financial support statement, in which case, you should submit new account's balance certificate.

If they, however, ask you for past 6 months statements (which they have in some rare cases), you should get a letter from your bank stating that there was fraudulent activity in your previous account, and since the account is now closed, they cannot provide bank statements. Also send the new salary certificate along with it. you should be fine as long as everything is genuine.

and just don't save that kind of sensitive information on a hard disk in the future :P

Good Luck.

Thanks for the information Sundeep. This really helps.

Great, thanks for your reply. Do they usually call the bank to check for my balance? Usually Bank informed me that they will not provide my balance details to anyone unless i authorize it.

No bank will disclose account information to third party. It is the LAW.

@ CanOl: yes notary is done by public notary mentioning his registeration number, name, license no etc... and its done on 20 rs stamp paper.
and I havent attached affidavit from that person; thats my concern.

and yes its 10th pass (SSC) certificate which shows birth date with my full name.

As you have given school leaving certificate as BC, don't worry on this. Only this is acceptable - you have submitted some additional documents. Relax.

Not a joke at all. 2nd such incident in 2 days in Canada. Remember what happened after 9/11, all brown skinned people were treated like terrorists. Not a good development for immigrant hopefuls. Will take away basic civil rights like what happened in the US. Just hope to god this doesnt get worse.

Yohooooo..... received email from CIC, I guess it is PER as they have mentioned all the details including UCI number and following details:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

With the grace of Almighty and thanks to all for your support.

My Application received: 25th June 2014
CC charged on : 14th Oct 2014
PER email received on : 21st Oct 201

I have updated the SS sheet.

congrats
