Hi to All,

Applying to Noc 4011. Lead statements says "University professors and lecturers teach courses to undergraduate and graduate students and conduct research at universities".
My husband does teach several courses to undergraduate and graduate students at university, but he doesn't conduct research at university. His it a problem that he doesn't do all lead statements say or job duties?

need suggestion from senior.
I am October applicant & my file completeness check is expected in DEC as per current pace & PER review may b in January.
I am holding up settlement fund in my salary account but I need to borrow as much as I can to someone.

Can I borrow it now & by the time my processing starts I will have enough balance from salary & borrowed money are not expected to be returned soon.

Any thoughts if I should take this calculated risk by borrowing my next 2.5 months salary to someonw now or should not touch the settlement fund at all?

You can lend , but since your visa office is quiet a fast one, I suggest you not to do it. They might ask for statements from previous periods

I am really anxious about cap limit in 2281.

My file is getting delayed due to Birth certificate issue ( though I have the birth certificate , but parents's name there are some spelling mistakes ) , now due to Diwali time in it is getting delayed by govt. agencies in INDIA.

If all fine , my file be in hands of CIC by 15 Nov. only.

Still there would be any chance for me to be in cap limit.
