Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014.

There is 348 application for 2171on CIC as at last update that's about 34%, I don't think there is any harm in trying if you have all your documents ready, update the forms that have changed since you submitted your last application and just hope for the best.

Thanks a lot mate for your response mate. Can i send the same application set with the degree copy? Or do i need to prepare new application. Please let me know if you have any info.

We don't have lead statement on the reference letter but duties mentioned can relate to the lead statement. Does it mean that our application will be rejected?

Good day , very sorry to hear about your file return , it was very simple mistake , did you applied through Consultant or your self . What was your application received date ?

I think it is difficult , you may try 2172 or 2281 if possible .

Hey guys,

I got my application returned back stating that i did not provide education degree copy. Though i provided WES copy to them, they were needing my Engineering degree copy.

If i send back the application with degree copy, do you think any hopes for me getting through the CAP.

I applied for 2171. Please help on priority basis.

another advise i need, the position mentioned in my reference letter is quality control manager i'm applying on manufactruing managers noc, example titles include quality control services manager, shall i write in the schedule E form at the occupation cell, quality control manager as reference letter or quality control services manager as the noc example tittles.

Hi Kamsy,
When was your application received by CIC?

You need to send them the degree certificate and also the transcripts if possible, together with the ECA assessment.
Re-submit your application with these documents.

I'm a 3th July applicant. I applied for both 2173 and 2174.... so I'm not sure which one was actually chosen!

When can I be sure?
