Greetings to all,

I have noticed that many people are asked to send PCC at some time after PER.

However, the police clearance certificate was supposed to be in the original application package which had already passed the background check.

Can somebody explain why another certificate is required?

Ta

Brother,

Welcome to you with your first post. Please enter your details in the SS if you have already sent your application.

PCC is not mandatory to be sent with the application to CIC. That's why, VOs are sending the requests to submit PCC along with MR.

Regards

Dear All

This is quite unfortunate that , I applied twice and got my file return due to not providing an original ECA report . I applied on june 02 and and June 27 .The file I got return has all check marks and seems all things are Okay . Since both the files are return and to avail the opportunity I sent another application and supplied all the original documents .
I want some clarification if any of you can please clarify . The letter I got from CIC has a lot of stuff but the only important thing is they marked with Highlighter is not provided an original ECA report .Additionally they also mention but with just a note as

"Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of NOC including all the essential duties "

Although I compare my experience letter and it is almost the same as duties mention in NOC . I request you guys to please suggest me what are the things do I need to care to mention on my Experience Letter .

Thanks in advance
Hii brother, The statement about your job duties is very very critical. Last night, one of the applicant got his application returned only for this reason and with the same comment. Therefore i suggest you to redo your reference letter, you can take help of applicants from your NOC. Dont take this a simple note. Good luck..

Dear
i see but when you read as your spouse at CLB4 or higher
clb4=4.5/3.5/4/4 L/R/W/S OR HIGHER for me i bring the minemun.but i guess you read the example as showen in the link
For example: If your spouse have scored following bands: Listening: 4.5, Speaking: 4.0, Reading: 4.5, Writing: 4.5 AND IT IS AN EXAMPLE NOT STANDARD

REFER TO CIC OFFICAL WEBSITE
International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

The CLB/NCLC levels which correspond to the IELTS are:

CLB/NCLC Level Test results for each ability
Listening /Reading/Writing/Speaking
4 4.5 3.5 4.0 4.0
5 5.0 4.0 5.0 5.0
6 5.5 5.0 5.5 5.5
7 6.0 6.0 6.0 6.0

but in my suituation i took the 5 points ...you can review the offical website of cic
