I thought "medical results received" line was the third one, and "started processing" was second.. Doesn't matter as long as everything is in order :) thanks for the encouragement

Yes, you are right. But have seen the sequence of update for 2nd and 3rd line is not in serial. Sometime 3rd line updated before 2nd line.

Thanks a lot ashif_eee, Manish1986, palakpatel911, RKW, Century, Bulle.

I wish you guys all the very best.

@ Oscar.....I apologize dat I keep forgetting ??? to thank you for ur valuable contribution.

Is it a coincidence or a food for thought??? NDVO is processing applications for NOCs related to IT (ex: 2171, 2173) at a real fast rate as proven by the SS statistics.... NOC 1112 is treated as if it will take ages to process.... Cant understand the logic behind this....

Exactly what i have already mentioned about London Visa Office processing trend, they also seem to be giving priority to IT related NOCs while other NOC such as Accountants, Financial Analysts etc are getting anxious with every passing day.

Just like you, i am in a fix, why Visa offices are not following FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis as practiced by CIO? ::) ::)

Congrats

Hi seniors,

I have a confusion ... it is mentioned that you also must mention the benefits along with the annual salary you receive ... I do not have any additional benefit , only basic salary is given to me ... so in this case ... what should be mentioned on my experience letter ?

1) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD with no other benefits.

OR

2) This is also certified that his annual salary is **** CAD.

Which statement should be mentioned ?

Dear Century
But it mention on FEE PAYMENT FORM

SECTION A

in first column
NAME OF PRINCIPLE APPLICANT

In SECOND COLUMN
NAME OF PAYER (If DIFFERENT FROM THE PRINCIPLE APPLICANT)

IN SECOND ROW
ADDRESS OF PAYER

But Problem is bank draft which i sent to CIC is from my father in law account but i can't fill the detail of payer in the form. How i can inform to CIC about payer of bank draft.?

what makes a difference of having repeated posts ?
Yes first comes the CC/DD charge and the final NOC verification later to that.

Hello All,

I need seniors help please,

I had completed my Nursing Diploma for 3 years in my home country Pakistan in 1996, then I completed my BA in 1998, my study for Bachelor's was for 2 years, total years of study is 5 years after my grade 12 or higher secondary education with an institution well recognized by WES.
When I submitted all my degrees and transcripts to WES for evaluation they evaluate it total as 2 years of Nursing Diploma, I am currently living in Dubai and working as Registered Nurse here since last 15 years with License, for immigration got 68 points even with 2 years Diploma so I submitted the report to CIC, but as my occupation needs to get License, the Canada Nursing Board will not allow me to practice as Registered Nurse with 2 years Diploma equivalency, I have other Nurses who has done the same Diploma with same duration from the same Hospital from where I did mine in my country got evaluation as 3 Years Nursing Diploma.
How can I question WES to check my evaluation, why is this difference with both evaluations if the study period, Diploma and even institution is same and same country, please help me in this regard.

Thanks for the update man...Appreciate your time & efforts
