Can someone please give the format of a cover letter ? How should it be ? and where to attach the cover letter in the application ?

+1 for that. You won't know which NOC went through unless you order GCMS notes at the VO stage. PER email doesn't contain that information. I believe it's 2173 since 2174 is capped.

Yes, I had this feeling that 2174 was not going to live enough... it could be 2174...but I'm thankful to God that he gave me the wisdom to send both applications even if I had to spent some more money in the process. This forum was key in sending everything in order

Generally a cover letter is not necessary. However don't forget to send the Document Checklist, and it should be the first document i.e. on the top.

Has anybody noticed that this forum is all about people having difficulties living in their countries of origin and working hard to immigrate to another country?

Come on people, we all know that our countries are not the best in this world. Personally, I would trade my original nationality for a can of Coke, but this does not mean I don't love my country. It just means that I love my family more, and that the can of coke is probably of more value and benefit for my family

So, please stop this speech of chauvinism immediately. It really doesn't matter whether you love your country more than your soul, or you think that your country sucks. In all cases, you are here because you want to LEAVE your country and live somewhere else. And by the way, I still find the "joke" about Nigeria very very offending, and should not be told in a international forum with members from all over the world. Be it Nigeria, Canada, Egypt, India, and even UK, it is always easy to make fun of something negative in any of these countries. But simply keep your jokes to yourself, especially when you know they are offensive to a group of people.

I received back my application today and considered incomplete by CIO due to Employment Certificate lack details of job description. I am planning to re-apply but on a different NOC. CIO written UCI number in my first application… my question is, shall I indicate that UCI number in my new applicatioin on a diffrent NOC?

To those who completed the Medical Exam:

I understand that the results of the Medical Exam are directly communicated by the DMP to the VO. Do we have to send any form or information directly to the VO once we complete the Medical?

Don't worry. Mention the UCI, because it is related to your person not to your application i.e. you could have multiple applications all under the same UCI. I don't think they keep records of incomplete applications, but I would differ to seniors on this matter.

I recently found out that this year 2281 is in list for FSW
I have got my reference letters from all employers but unfortunately my experience are more complex than technicians ..I am Network Engineer , my references show I have configured routers and switches and etc .
I wonder am I qualified for 2281 ? but I am not 2147

another question is : DO I HAVE ANY CHANCE if I send my application in a week ?2281

You should apply under 2281 if you have overlapping responsibilities as per the NOC Job Description- that should be fine. I did likewise and got my PER.

I however think I can send my remaining documents i.e. RPRF and PCCs if I don't need to wait for the MR. After your confirmation that's what I plan to do.

Yes, absolutely. The medical form arrives in a separate email for a reason. So, just get it done. The order doesn't matter, you've already passed bg- and sec-check, so get the med's out of the way and chill out until PPR
