i think probably might be later today. It is still 9:50 AM there

The cap estimate is not coming out even within one week means there is some major confusion. I tend to agree to century's view that they did a mistake looks like in hurrying a closure for 2174..

;D. If that is case, very very happy for all the 2174 Applicants!

And by extension, for 2173 & 2171 applicants as well ;D

Hi,

My CC was charged on 8th Oct, so I am taking the 2-3 weeks cycle post which FBI should send the report. But my question still remains unanswered, dod anyone send the state PCC as well along with FBI Clearance.

You don't need State PCC...FBI Record Summary is enough..Hope that answers your question

Hey All,
I m new member and I have a death and life question;
I and my close friend live together for 18 months (without sexual relation) and have shared bank account since 2011.
Both of us have ex-wife and officially divorced: me almost 6 years ago and my friend almost since his officially divorce 18 months ago.
According to CIC definition we are common-law partners, my question is whether it is any question will be raised by officer regarding our current relationship as two males had ex-straight relation and probably reject us?
P.S: also we did not have any shared travel abroad during this 18 months. Is is a matter?

Hello! Do you both want to apply under the FSW program? I am honestly not sure but I dont think you are considered to be common law. Please read this

http://www.law-faqs.org/wiki/index.php/Adult_Interdependent_Relationships

What is you advantage for the both of you to be considered common law?
For tax reasons there might be some, at least if one is not earning an income but for immigration?

Hi! Do I have to write to the FBI for fingerprint cards? Or Can I use the fingerprint cards in the Philippines issued at the police stations?

Bro

I am not asking about CC transaction rejection due to Password issue.

But its about rejection due to FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION on the Credit card (especially Indian CC) which amounts to > USD 500 ?

Has anyone succeeded in in getting the payment done CIC for whose card this one is the first FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION ?

Hi,

Yr card tranx might have rejeted to the limit on International Tranx...so cal up your Bank Call Center and get the international limit increased to Ful credit limit or amount more than the Canadian Fees... as CC trancation attract Conversion mark up fees also.

VISA appliation fee sites are excempted from password verification which we normally need to key in when we make any online trancation......

Hope this clears your query...

anything, for that matter, seems to take eternally longer, especially when we're waiting for it :D.

Yes Sundeep, I agree. I am a 1st Oct applicant. I still have to go buy a pot, let alone placing it over a stove to boil the water. Have a loooooooong wait ahead. Still in the "If I will sucessfully complete the immigration process queue" rather than the "WHEN" queue

It's like the watched pot not boiling. Water boils at the same temperature everytime, but sometimes it seems to take longer when we are expectantly waiting for it to boil :-)

lolz you know what bro, when you throw boiling pot of Water in Canadian air, it becomes Ice ;) check it out on youtube. Canada will give you very deep meanings to a better good life :)
