I managed to get that letter on JOINT VENTURE letter head. Hopefully it will work.

I have one more query, I have reference letter for my current employer and i am claiming points for that only. For the previous 4 companies, i have appoitment and relieving letters which states the designation, i have my salary slips for each of them. Will it be fine if i put this for the previous 4 employers?

Congrats, brother. One question - how do you know you are getting FBI clearance by next week? And when was your CC charged for FBI clearance? Thanks for helping!!

I got email from CIC stating I need to submit my Medicals, PCC and FBI Clearance.

it does not mention any US state level PCC, even if it is not mentioned do I still need to submit the PCC of those two US states I had resided.

I am getting my FBI Clearance by next week, but still did not apply for state PCC.

I would suggest, completely ignore such unsatisfied person who throws -1 on silly things, but i am sure there are at-least 50 ppl at a time, who will always share +1 for you guys, sorry i am karmafied still for you Century but, gave my +1 to Ashif_eee.

Hi Friends,

I am 14th May applicant, received PER on 25th August. My VO is NDVO and NOC is 2132. Still I have not received MR request and 2nd line in ECAS is also not updated. Many applicant after 14th May have already received MR but mine is still pending. Any reason behind this? Can I write a mail to NDVO and asked the status? I am really tensed now..

I agree that this wait is really killing now, it was not that obvious till we get the PER, but since then for MR its like "burning really hot"...would like to add that it always depends on our app, how many pages to verify, how complicated the case may be, other docs verification and stuff like that, may take a longer period for VO to press the MR email "send" button. GuDLuK for all of us, eagerly waiting for MR. 8) 8)

No one really knows, how any VO works. All we can do is learn from whoever has shared their experience. Till than pray and wait for the right time.
Dont give up and loose hope that's the key part here for all of us.

No CAP update yet since 9th Oct. Although there is a note which states that it will be updated "atleast" once a week !!

Due to the large number of applications we get, we cannot check that each one is complete on the same day it gets to the office. The numbers on this page are updated at least once a week, but are only a guide. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap by the time it gets to the Centralized Intake Office.

I am not asking about CC transaction rejection due to Password issue.

But its about rejection due to FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION on the Credit card (especially Indian CC) which amounts to > USD 500 ?

Has anyone succeeded in in getting the payment done CIC for whose card this one is the first FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION ?

You need to call your bank and tell them to VIP tag mark it. Tell them its a serious issue and when time comes it needs to be paid! Be firm and talk to their Manager if needed be to get the job done!
