Hi All,

I have a one and a half year old daughter. Do I need to get the PCC done for her as well (for NDVO)?

PCC not required for Children below 18yrs.

PCC is only for the applicant and accompanying dependents who are 18 or older thus you don't need the PCC for your daghter HDG.

What's troubling me is the fact that the SS has almost none Chinese applicants, that according to CIC http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/annual-report-2013/section2.asp constitute the top source country for Canadian immigration. And this forum is mostly Indian, just look at NDVO apps' figures in SS figures.

I heard from somewhere, Chinese applicants are facing lots of problems in their ECA, since their China Higher Education Student Information & Career Center (CHESICC) is taking 3-4 months in verifying only due to very a high volume of applications. Meaning 3-4 months + their ECA time.
Also people say, the application volume will increase In Mid November, since chinese and other nations will be through with their ECA and PCC's.

Dear Members

I have applied for FSW on 29th September under NOC 4011. I did not include PCC with my application. I am in Canada since September 2013.
Please advice me whether I should start processing for PCC from my home country or I should wait a bit more (till PER if I am lucky)?

Regards

Asraf

It takes 100-120 days between application sent and PER received dates. Again it takes 45-60 days between PER to PCC request dates. You can plan accordingly.

ashif bhai , century & other senior members ...

I have one confusion. ..

I have received PER last month. ..

I haven't shown my two students visa rejections in my application..
my consultant says it shouldn't be shown in application. .

now I'm worried, is it possible that they will directly reject my application on the ground of misrepresentation ??

or they will ask for clarification ??

please reply soon.

Thats dangerous. If they found out they might reject your application on the ground of misrepresentation.

I would suggest talk to your consultant send the amended forms as soon as possible.

Hi,

Anyone whose application received on July 02 got their DD debited ?

hello forum members . Regarding reference letters, all of my letters only mentions my job position and the duration of employment including the company letterhead as Korean companies says that it is their standard format. However, I’ve included in my application all of my yearly employment contracts which clearly mentions all my job duties, salary, working hours and benefits. Will the CIO reject my application base on this? I’m a July 14 applicant and I’m getting worried.
Thanks in advance for the reply.

I agree with Goku and you should follow his instructions without any delay, since there is a section specifically asking for Visa refusals and a "No" will be misrepresentation in your case, hence 2 years ban.
