As a rule of thumb, one should avoid MISREPRESENTATION at all costs. Remaining silent on any medical condition also counts as one.

The medical result will most certainly reveal it, especially the diabetes.

Most importantly, any MISREPRESENTATION can lead to PR cancellation/deportation even after landing. The patient will certainly need regular medication/doctor visits for such issues.

Coming back to ur query, although i am not a doctor but i don't think that these can create any issue.

what is the impact of having controlled diabetes & hypertension in medical. or can one be silent in declaring it.

Is obesity in the medical report considered as a major heath issue while giving visa?

Obesity shouldn't be a big issue. However there musnt be any other major medical conditions which may be communicable to others. CIC treats Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) and Syphilis as danger to public health.
Also some mental issues are considered to be a danger to public safety such as : sociopathic behaviour disorders, organic brain syndromes associated with violence or risk of harm to others, people with hostile and disruptive behaviour.
Also some sexual disorders such as pedophilia are considered to be a danger to public safety.

Our application received on May 2nd to CIC. we have received Medicals and FBI check request in June 3rd week. We have submitted Medicals on July 9th, and sent them a request to extend the time to get FBI report, but we have received and submitted FBI report before the due date, paid the fee online and sent them the receipt of it.

So Medicals submitted, Fee paid, FBI report and bank statements everything submitted Arount August 2nd week. Till now no response from them. Now it is almost 3.5 months from medicals submitted, 2 + months from FBI report submitted. No response so far. If any of you know what could be the reason, please suggest. Really worried.

Can we take any action to contact CIC ?

You can write follow up mail to your local visa office with your UCI no.

BJKT that was extremely rude of you !! I haven't given -1 to anyone yet. But saying such derogatory things about Ananjay, a gentle soul who has always wished well to people, who hasn't and is still not willing to give -1 to anyone, will definitely not be taken lying down.

-1 to you. This is the first -1, I am giving. Didn't want to give it, but am forced. And I am giving it openly.

Even I congratulate everyone for PERs, MRs, PPRs CC charges and so do many other members. Is this going to give us a PR ? But we are doing it so that people feel happy about their achievements and anyone praised / congratulated in public forum is motivated higher than what he would be by way of PM. And this is a medium to interact with people. We are not consultants providing free advice here. We are trying to be more of friends, having basic etiquites.

And even if you have any concern about anyone, there is a way to put it. Hope you are getting the point.

Yes, you can considered it. If something is bad, after Received status, Decision Made status is shown. However, we have seen some cases where Decision Made status shown before PPR also.

Following timeline from Dimitry's GCMS note is noteworthy:

Sep 3: Medicals request.
Sep 4: Medicals done.
Sep 7: Medicals passed.
Sep 10: "Medicals received" line has appeared in ECAS.
