2) Can i lodge my application alone, without paying the appln fees and without including the required fund for my family in POF. And once i got settled , to bring my family back to Canada.

Following are the details that I have received with my MRR.

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE. This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

 Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate.
SWEDEN PCC FOR YOURSELF. This must be received at this office by: 2014/xx/xx

How and what should I send these documents the Delhi? My understanding is as below. Please correct me if i am wrong

1. Medical reports will be send by the hospital directly. I need to send the acknowledgement received from hospital.
2. RPRF fee, pay online and send the receipt of the same.
3. Sweden PCC

Plus I have 2 more questions

1. I have change in my daughters passport. Its renewed. Do I need to send a normal copy of that or notary attested copy of the passport?
2. When making payment online, will it ask for UCI or application no or so? What will be our reference?
3. I have made a travel last month, do i need to send a revised travel/personal history form including the latest travel?

Payslips add genuineness to the application in case employment ref letters are not from HR and not on company letterhead. They aren't mandatory docs though.

There is no statement, but there definitely is a FD certificate. Submit a copy of that.

Hi,

You have 69 points ( Without Spouse IELTS ) and since all your documents are readily available, please send your application ASAP. IELTS is valid for 2 years from issuance date.

No need to mention the trips to home country, check with seniors also

Venkat is right,
"Supplementary information your travels" form clearly states that trips outside your country of origin or residence need to be mentioned.
 
Here are my 2 cents..

Do not hire any consultant to prepare your application. They are rip off. I hired a consultant to prepare my application for 2174 NOC. He charged 75k and did nothing except delaying my application. I handed my complete package to him on June 14th and he dispatched it on June 26th. God knows what was he doing with my application for 12 days. Had he dispatched the application on time, I would have made it.

Whenever I used to push him to expedite the case, he always used to say, 'You are safe. You are on track. I am 100% sure that you will make it'.

And now since the cap is full, he is not even picking my phone.

In nutshell they are good for nothing. If you want to spoil your case, hire them.

Online payment is quite different. It doesnt ask any file number. You will need to create a account on CIC online payments. It does provide you with receipt number. Once you pay your fee you will get a receipt, you need to fill your details there again (hand written) and then you have to send that report.Make sure you choose right category for payment i.e RPRF. It will ask how many applicant just type 2 and it calculates the money itself. I am sure you will get that.
