I am sorry to tell that you have to retake the IELTS exam as well as your wife. The sooner the better.

Most of British Council centers and IDP refuses to grant additional copies of the TRF.

I found a solution for taking a second copy of TRF from IELTS exam center, and I felt responsible to update you.

A friend of mine just did the following, he requested a second copy of TRF to be submitted to his current employer and they promised to be delivered within 2 days.

Try that, I think it will go.

Need Help!!!
I am planning to lodge my FSW Appln for NOC 2281 (Computer Network Technicians) on 4th Nov 2014.
Please advice me whether it is late or not. Because the current CAP Status shows 242.
Following are my details:

NOC: 2281
LANGUAGE:IELTS : L=7.5; R= 6.5; W= 6.5; S= 7.0(Feb 2013)
AGE: 35
VISA OFFICE: Amman; Jordan (Employed here)
NATIONALITY:Indian
EXP:7 Yrs
EDUCATION: Bachelors in Computer Science (3Yrs)
WES: Received 4th June 2013
MARTIAL STATUS:Married
CHILDREN:2

Also i have 2 doubts:
1) Whether my IELTS result of 14th FEB 2013 is valid for application
2) Can i lodge my application alone, without paying the appln fees and without including the required fund for my family in POF. And once i got settled , to bring my family back to Canada.

Bro,

Irrespective of the visa status, you have to mention all the trips that you have made outside your country, the total days of stay and purpose of visit

Hi gmp, I am also 30th June 2174 applicant. In one of posts you said that you friend is also 30th June applicant under 2174 and he has been charged. May you please confirm once again if he applied under 2174?

Also require some information regarding the DD. I talked to Citibank in pune they told me to make a DD in Canadian Dollar you will require some form 15 ab and form 15 ac. Please let me know thus it is required or should i contact other bank for the DD.

Also, what will be the format for Balance Certificate. I talked to citibank customer care and they were not sure what i am asking.
I told them that i require certificate mentioning that on 17th October i have xxxx amount of balance in my account is that Correct?

form 15CA and 15CB is required for all non import payments made outside the country.
But this immigration fee payment is exempt and only a declaration can suffice. Bank should have the format which they will get signed from you.

Go to the nearest branch of Citibank and ask them for the balance certificate. Else write an email to Citiservice. They will send you the balance certificate as on a particular date.

Hi all Seniors,

Please guide me,

My application under NOC 2131 was received by CIC on 20.06.2014.

As per my bank, My DD was encashed by CIC on 16.10.2014 and when I check ECAS with my old UCI no on 17.10.2014 its showing the following message:

"IN PROCESS" and after clicking this its showing the following:

"We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2014."

But PER mail not yet received.

Please guide me, what the status of my case and also, what are the chances of rejection.

done of your application even if you don't get 67 passing marks, Correct..??

No !! Fees become non refundable after PER issuance.

After completeness check if NER is issued, then fees are refunded.
