Are you referring to applicant who are residing in US? if so, everyone has to provide a FBI record to CPC-Ottawa because the applicant cannot choose CPC-Ottawa unless he has been legally admitted to US for at least a year ( according to CIC) so the applicant needs FBI report because he is already pass 6 months in US( everyone who lived in any country more than 6 months has to provide police certificate for that country).

I am refering to Canadian residents, who don't need FBI clearence.

How do we check online status...I received PER yesterday...when I click on the online application status in CIC website it's showing connection error...is the service down currently..?

After 2 months my file received to me and I have to start again :'(
The reason was not to attache my educational documents although I send WES certificate
But there is a notification about experience letter as well that it should be in the specific range and also clear and so on.
Do you know that it necessarily means that my exp letter has problem or it is routine to warn about it
Also they mentioned a number in UCI field of for 0008, could you help me to know that is it possible to change my NOC or it was registered
Thanks

most likely.

DD En-cashment Process from CIC..??

Hi Experts & Seniors,

I am a 2nd July applicant under NOC: 1123 & observed that the they have started charging July applicants.

Since I have sent a DD as payment mode.

Can you please let me know what are the steps of DD En-cashment from CIC..??

Also please do let me know whether they will put my DD into En-cashment process
only after my application is considered to be eligible for further process..??
OR
They will first put my DD into En-cashment process and then check the application
for further eligibility..??

Seniors and experts please share your comments on above... Thanks in advance..:-))

Yes person ordering on behalf of you should be in Canada, permanent resident or Canadian Citizen. You also have to provide written consent to them which they have to upload it at the time of ordering notes.

wrong. it can be anyone with status in Canada. Even a tourist.

Dear Friends ,

I have a question

Can a person perform medical request in some country other than his home country (other than local VO) ?

they charge the application if it passed completeness check. then they put it under eligibility review. if it is passes the 67 point mark, it is routed to VO for final processing. good luck

yes, any country will do. just ensure that the doctor has eMedical protocol to speed up the delivery of your medical examination's results to CIC

Hi All,

Below are my queries. Kindly help.

1. I received PER mail on 2nd October, 2014. My Ecas statuts showing In Process and upon click on that getting this message "We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014.". When my file will transfer to NDVO and what are the next steps?

2. I stayed in Canada from 2010 to 2011. Do I need to submit PCC from Canada as well? If yes, what is the procedure?

3. I also stayed in Singapore from 2011 to 2013. what is procedure to get PCC from Singapore if your are not a citizen of Singapore.

Thanks in advance.
