Any idea what is the average time from PER to PCC request for NDVO?

I have submitted my application to FBI today and I think they have a wait time for 12 weeks...

Medical results sent to CEM: Oct. 7
Med. Results received/ECAS updated: Oct. 16
PPR: Oct.17
