Some more info I want to share

In my original application I did not send BCs for me and my wife and my working hours were not mentioned on any of my reference letters.
So I sent

BC for me and my spouse

A revised reference letter from one employer stating my working hours and a full time employee confirmation email from other employer's HR.
For another 3 employers I sent a self declaration affidavit that I was a full time employee and worked.more than 48 hours a week.

These Additional documents were delivered on 16 Sep (when application of mid June were under completeness check)I also sent an email on same day I.e. 16 sep as guided on the forum and sent all scanned docs for their reference. But yet I dont have any official confirmation of the inclusion of those documents. But I believe those are definitely added to my application.

Once again thanks to almighty God and all of you wonderful pepper on the forum.

I am literally crying could stop myself from sharing with you so stoped the car and shared.

Hey guys, I received my PER on the 8th of Oct and i am still waiting for the AOR and MR. In the PR mail there was some information on the need to have Canadian accreditation for regulated professions. Since i am a pharmacist, i believe i have to be registered with the PEBC. Is it the same for anyone else? Am i required to start the process before i get the PR? Any pharmacists or supply chain professions who can shed some light please?
This is gonna be a long wait but we managed to wait for the PER.... Bracing myself for the MR 8) 8) 8) ;D

Don't be dejected my friend. I'm new to this forum and I'm not exactly sure what happened to your application Though I can say that many of us have crossed the worst hurdles of life and God has always been with us to make it easier. We are blessed with what is good for us, not just what we want. Please start looking for the open doors and I'm sure He will show you one in the time to come. The best is yet to come. Trust Him.

I am an applicant from Pakistan with following info:

NOC: 1112
App received: May 07
CC Charged: June 23
PER Received: Aug 07
RPRF Request (By email to pay): Oct 16
Medical Request Forms Received via email: Oct 17


Update:

1. London VO website says, for cases like us RPRF needs to be paid through bank draft. Since I wasn't sure I sent an email back to the email I had received asking, should I send a demand draft or pay online? I received the reply next day as under:

Dear Mr. Rana,

Thank you for your email.

The fee may be paid online or via bank draft. Please see our website for more details.

2. For Medical, I called the IOM office for appointment. To my surprise, I got the appointment date as of October 27th. So anyone expecting to get medical around my dates (NOC, Visa office, App received date as a benchmark) may perhaps want to book appointment well in time.

I have four members (Myself, wife, 6 years old son and 10 months old son) Medical is required for all as per email and IMM1017 Forms received separately from London office for all.

I was told by IOM office for medical the following:

Dear Applicant,
Thank you for your email.
You Mr. Rana along with three dependents are scheduled for Canadian Medical assessment against date 27th October, 2014 at 10:30 AM at IOM sub office Islamabad.
Required documents to bring:
1. Valid Original passports of all members along with 2 photocopies of first two pages of passport.
(If original passport is with CIC, please bring original CNIC (for adults) and FRC family relationship Certificate issued by NADRA (for children) along with two photo copies of passport.
2. Four (4) recent passport size photographs (white background with light clothing colors) each member.
3. Medical Request Letter/ Acknowledgement Letter from Canadian High Commission (if have any).
4. Spectacles or medical history (if have any).
5. Total Fee for the above mentioned family is PKR.18, 780 it should be in cash.
Medical procedure comprises of
¨ Laboratory Sampling (Blood test, Urine Test and X-rays)
¨ Physical examination.
General Instructions:
For Children 5 to 11 years
They have to bring the result sheet of the last annual examination.
For Elderly
Applicants have to mention about the Mobility need.
For All ages
As part of physical examination all body skin would be examined except genitalia so be prepared and wear appropriate undergarments.
For Female
It is mandatory that you inform us about menstrual cycle, as in case of your periods we will be unable to conduct your medical assessment.
Note: Do not bring any kind of luggage and unnecessary attendant with you.
You are requested to please bring your valid Polio vaccination certificate at time of your appointment.
There is no Parking facility at IOM clinics.

HOPE THIS WILL BE HELPFUL FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE

a. Get medical appointment perhaps before medical request if you anticipate it any time soon
b. Get Polio Vaccination in time and get certificates (same as you require for travel abroad from Pakistan)
c. Get your children aged 5 to 11 Medical Result for last annual exam or get one done now

Thanks for responding SSPT. We are living in Kitchener right now. Where do you live and how much did it cost for your closed WP. I know the medical checkup list would be more for FSW than a closed work permit. Though I'm trying to gauge how much we need to set aside for the same, provided we get past all the challenges till MR. And as expected OHIP can't be used, and I don't think any personal insurance can be used for this as well. And is a medical request required for 3yr old child as well?

I am in Sudbury ! Ontario 4 hours north of Kitchener. Prices for medical checkup are pretty much same for FSWP and closed work permit! I am working in a health related field ! One of the physician in Oakville was doing it for 200$ per person + lab fee which was around 30-45 $.
I got mine in Sault St. Marie as It was close to me ( further west from Sudbury) and I paid 330 $ for physical!
I will suggest you to call different Physician office from CIC panel list and ask them for their fee and appointment availability!
I doubt if any personal insurance will pay for it ! However you can ask you insurance agent if they cover it! and last but not the least you can keep your receipts and can get a tax rebate while filing your return for sure!!
Medical request is required for everyone

+1 to cheer u up to begin with,.... if you are interested in Canada then I'm sure you can reapply in Express Entry 2015, though many of my friends have decided to abandon Canada and go for Australia. Crux of the whole thing is, "This ain't end of the world Myte" .
