I am 2174 applicant. File received on 18th June. Mode is DD. Have not received anything from CIC. What is their emailid so I can email them.

10 mins back I received Medical request from NDVO its after 57 days from PER....

I believe it should be like

either, Cap gets filled first

or, 30 April 2015, whichever is earlier.

There is a little amendment to the above:
1> CIC is going to accept FSWP applications till 31st Dec 2014 only
2> Processing of the applications will be continued till next year

A few days after receiving PER, you will get an email from your VO (named AOR) on that email you will find out about your VO (which I think is Paris)

but just one more thing , when you say update my local VO it means what ? send them email ?

how can i know which is my local VO, as per SS some lebanese have put Local VO as paris, some as ankara , and some as myself have put Lebanon

Via Passport office will be time consuming. See this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp
You can go to the "local Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Additional Commissioner of Police, or the Station House Officer" also. i did the same, PCC by local DCP, i sent with application and was accepted. And yes you'll have to submit two PCCs one for you and one for spouse. Via DCP and all the charges will be much lesser than 500.

I have to apply PCC from Gurgaon , India . I visited Passport India site and I need one help here ..
Will I need to submit the application twice for My Wife and I ? or A single application will be sufficient ?
If yes, Does that mean two time the fee of 500/- ?

File number is PER itself. you will get your file number and your UCI number via email, But the thing is that you can get PER only after your fees is encashed. so check with your bank. if DD is not encashed then your Consultant might b fooling you.. or if you really get PER then simply wait till you get MR

one thing i would like to add, u can get ur file no. by sending email with all details to CIC ( i mean if ur consultant is speaking the truth then with a month CIC will reply to ur inquiry n will send u yr file no.)if u r from india, then medical will take around 50-70 dayz after PER.
u can separate ur consultant from ur case any time. (but i suggest, if u applied through consultant, n promissed to pay rest of amount later then U MUST KEEP UR PROMISE, yez u must be sure before paying)

Would someone tell me or know that the person with epilepsy well controlled by medicines will have problems to get Federal skilled visa?

I'm taking medicines every day, and having no problems for the last 10yrs. Do you think I'll will not pass the medical requirement?

If no, then what supporting documents is required from my doctor.


Appreciate your valuable comments as I have to submit this by 1st week of Nov.

19th June, CC, NOC 0013 applicant here, with no news yet. Its comforting to see others around the same date with the same status. However, sadly for me, most of those are with DD mode of payment. This post is specifically to thank Palakpatel for keeping a sanity check on us (read: my lady) as his month-wise statistics about pending applications is about the only thing that keeps my lady from going into her daily 'I think we are the only ones left' mode. So thanks bro, you are a lifesaver these days.

(and yes, she reads the forum religiously so I'm ready to bunk out on the balcony tonight for these comments)

They have asked me three things

1. Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for Principal Applicant and Spouse.
This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

2. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for Principal Applicant and Spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

3. Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for Principal Applicant and Spouse *** FROM INDIA ***. This must be received at this office by: 2014/12/01

They havent asked me any bank statement or anything related to POF.

well second line is not updated yet...so cant tell u processing start date...

One more thing I had lost the the edit link to SS sheet....So i created new entry with karan.mechs

But if I am checking SS sheet again...I am still in PER green line....i think entry is not updating...please help.

FSW 2014 is open till April 30 2015. Hence there will be overlap of Express entry program and last leg of 2014 FSW program in Q1 2015.

Guys,

With the news of express entry starting out on Jan 2015, One small doubt. Will the CIC consider and process all the eligible applications received at the intake office till the end of Dec 2014 if the caps are not filled?

Any time within next 5-6 days. Hopefully your application is complete. Then no stopping. If DD then keep checking with your bank every 3-4 days.

Create another entry, bookmark the link and leave a comment in Remarks column for admin to delete old entry. Thats what i did.
