Take a leave go to Canada. Land there apply for PR and come back. Later try to take a transfer to Canada if your company has branches there.

When you are done go to Canada and settle there. Its valid for 5 years. and you have to stay 3 of 5 years( think so) to maintain your PR.

I am not an expert but as per my opinion, if this opportunity in India is lucrative for your career, you may accept it and take canadian PR side by side. You have to land within 1 year of medicals. So, you may take a short leave of 1-2 months in between, complete the landing formalities, obtain your SIN, PR Card etc. and come back to join the office here. Also, you may have to repeat your visits in next 2 years to Canada to retain the PR. Once your commitment of 2.5 years is complete, you may decide at that point of time whether to continue or move to Canada.

Hi Guys need urgent advice.

I am getting a job in India, but they are looking for 2.5 years commitment.

Status of my Canadian PR. I m 7 may applicant and sent MR, PCC and RPRF. So if seniors can advice, how can i retain my PR status alive with this job for atleast 2 yrs.

I was thinking of the same thing. But on your first entry to Canada, how soon are you allowed to exit? Moreover, will they update your visa for your next entry?

You can exit immediately. The issue here is the time taken to apply for PR CARD and SIN CARD. After applying you an leave. Someone can recieve it on your behalf and mail it out .

For health card in Ontario you need to wait for a month to get your first bank statement with the address on it.

Hi everyone,

i need suggetion from your guys and infact iam in big trouble.

I have application to canada immegration on NOC 2173 wiht original IELTS score card on June 4th and it is returned as till now i haven't heard anything from anyone.

Now i want to reapply again but for this i need to provide IELTS score card but dont know when my application will return to me.

So what i need to do to get my IELTS SCORE CARD.

I Spoke to IETLS GUY and he said to get one more copy, we need to provide the acknowledgement from CIC stating that they have received my documents. But we know that this info or any info we cant get from cic team.

So what to do now?

Neither have I. But it takes 12days for DD to be charged. Nishant please keep me updated about your PER and DD Charging. I am inboxing you this on ur canadavisa account please check it.
