Sorry Orangel123, missed to revert back on your query regarding 2173. It could stay open till mid-nov, if my assessment is right. Till what date apps sent would be falling within this cap is a bit tough to predict. However, will try to do some assessment once the caps are updated. Please bear with me till then.

They will send a request to update your personal details with MR letter, so wait.

I think he can claim his experience as a chef as well, because in Canada chef is a skilled occupation and falls under the technical level B. Even cook is a level B occupation. The second digit in NOC determines the skill level. 2 and 3 are technical skill B, anything more than 3 is not qualified as skilled.

Yes, you're right! According to this NOC tutorial: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/Tutorial.aspx#8, the first digit of an NOC code indicates the skill type and the second digit identifies the skill level. Chefs are NOC 6321, indicating skill level 3, which again looking at the tutorial, skill level 3 corresponds to skill level B. So that qualifies.

Dont worry dear.. Already one 12th June applicant replied that he got PER.
I already found several entry in SS who already got PER..Hope we will get very soon Isha-Allah
