How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office?

If you are a Skilled Worker applicant and you have a request for case information you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Central Intake Office using this form. If you applied within the last six weeks, the CSU will not respond to your enquiry.

If you would like to send a mail to the CIO, Nova Scotia, please use the below address.

However, the emails corresponding to the result of the eligibility reviews come from a different address, which is FSW-Centralized_Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca. This is a one way address, so can't be used to email them.

If you would like to call the CIO instead, please use the number below.

+ 1-613-944-4000. Be prepared to wait online for 20+ minutes. They say it is quieter on Thursdays and Fridays. Office hours are from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time.

Hi All,

Third line updated in the ECAS.

3. Medicals have been received.


Had one doubt, during the medicals, they reported there is issue with my wife's lab report (they said her urine was not clear! and asked to submit another sample, they again reported its showing the same )..

I am wondering if they will be asking for further tests even if the third line has been updated???

where did you get this data from, I don't see any passport requests from NDVO. It must be some dream....

yes, it was done with protection, it was lead sheet cover used during x ray.

I am just following the sheet. i applied filters to the sheet and followed colour codes that are given to each requests.

I hope i am looking at the correct updated sheet (http://www.fsw2014.info/fsw2014-sheet/)
