I wish everyone the best of luck! :D

Congrats askhan. What is your NOC?

Yes, it is formulated estimate.

A revised version has been envisioned to make it better matching with actual cap update.

Hi guys... .really need help....... please advise...

My Credit Card has been replaced by a chip credit card due to RBI guidelines. And the card I had used for payment advice to CIC has now been INVALIDATED. My new credit Card has the same number but a different CVV and expiry date.
Card Company: American Express

I am now planning to send a new payment form to CIC with new credit card details. Will be emailing/Couriering/faxing all three documents.
Sending 4 documents now:
1. Cover Letter
2. Payment form
3. Xerox of previous payment form (Cancelled)
4. Bio-Pages of passport

In my cover letter I am going to include the following details:
Name:
Passport number:
Date of birth:
NOC Code:
Application courier docket number
Date of receipt of Application by CIC:
Person name to whom package was delivered:

Please let me know if I should include anything else ....?

any suggestion at all ?

my application received date:18th July 2014 NOC1112. Cant let my application be rejected....

I know i've posted this before but would like some more advice ....

Grooby, according to a reply from CSU, they finalize completeness check in 12 weeks...

Spelling mistakes in name and he put the same national id for 2. Kids which is wrong because each one should have his unique ID

Oops..translation is my concern now. If you have separate national id's for your two kids.. I strongly suggest immediately send an addendum. Try better & accredited translators this time. All the best.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application has now been placed into processing.

Thanks for all positive comments in past week!!!!

Hi Diplomatru,

Grooby's file will pass completeness check as it has already got a payment. There might be a problem at the time of charging. I believe he still has 2-3 weeks time before that happens and he can update the payment sheet before that with latest details.

As advised by seniors I made payment to WES few moments back...

For duplicate report to CIC ...

But still my account is showing -

Pending charges/payments: You must allow 15 minutes and log out, then log on again for your updates to show.

Did this happen with anybody here?

Hi seniors,

I just got my WES positive and am planning to apply for FWS by sending my application packet to CIO, Nova Scotia in the next 2 weeks. After dispatching my packet in the next 2 weeks and assuming that it reaches in additional 3 days after that, what do you think would my chances for getting a positive reply and a file number from them? Would I be able to make it in time? My occupation is NOC #2173- Software Engineer.

Requesting your kind replies on the same.

Be positive, go ahead and apply ASAP...though 2173 is one of the hot noc but don't lose hope...there's nothing to lose..you have all the chances to be well within the cap..it would be great even if you are the 1000th applicant for 2173.. Good Luck!

hi seniors,

Tomorrow i am going to send the application, I have taken FD for 9 lacks.
What should I write in assets and liabilities, I dont have any properties son my name.

Can I write CAD equivalent to 9lacs in assets and Zeo in Liabilities and same CAD equivalent to 9 lacs in settlement funds?
Please suggest.

Ans I read in forum when people not worked in military services they are asking for the reason, but i dont see any such reason field in application

Please suggest.

There is no need to specify the ASSETS & LIABILITIES. Give the Settlement fund in CAD. For how many family member you are applying, If it's three it's need to show 18097 CAD as a settlement Fund.
where you saw about military services?

Many thanks Century! I thought I posted the request at the wrong time and got lost in the PER / CC debate threads!
