Hey!!!

In the Additional Family Information Form, we need to write our name and Family Names in English and Native Name..But I forgot to write the names in Native Language and app has been recd on Oct 02...

Can you please suggest the wya forward....

Do I need to send that form again..

You are fine, this is a common error and not fatal at all. However your local VO might ask you to supply this information later, or they might never ask at all.

don't you have anything else to do with your original educational transcripts......it needed to be sent only copies of these documents bro..........did you send copy of these or not?

Not a reason for rejection as long as copies of degree certificates is attached.

Copies of certificates are attached as well. I know that for any document not in english we should put original notarized document. In my case i did notarized an english document so i was thinking that I should also put the original transcripts/ marksheets, i was thinking of the same? Or no need? Thanks for your help

I am a 2nd July Applicant under NOC: 1123-Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations

Please guide me whether I am eligible to receive PER as I am working as a Marketing Coordinator
in a Pharmaceutical company for the last more than 4 years.

But my education is B.Sc. in Biochemistry.

Would that be okay to get eligible for FSW-2014...What are the chances..??

As long as your job duties in at least one of your employer reference letters matches the job duties described in your primary NOC you are eligible (assuming you meet all the other requirements). It doesn't matter that your degree is in biochemistry and your NOC is marketing.

This is seriously incorrect information.

On the background declaration form it specifically asks whether you have ever been denied a temporary resident visa (tourist visa) see Question 6(d). Any such denial MUST be disclosed. Failure to do so is a misrepresentation that can result in rejection and a ban from Canada for 2 years or longer.

On the other hand, there is no requirement to submit copies of every page of your passport that has stamps. The only required pages to be sent are those containing your biographical information and any amendments or notes.

I think I made a mistake in filling this field. I was once denied usa visitor visa but that decision was over turned in next application and now I have a usa visa so I am not sure if I should have ticked Yes here. If what I did was wrong then how do I correct this?

Hello,
I have been reading this thread for quite some time and have gained a lot of information. Thanks to everyone.
Here is my question:
I am an NOC 2173 aspirant.
My IELTS exam date is 22-Nov, so I can't send the application before Dec 8th (i.e. 13 days after IELTS date to receive the scores).
Please suggest if it will be worth applying that late? or should I wait for next year/"Express Entry"?

I suggest you concentrate in IELTS while keeping an eye on the CAP. If by the time you get your IELTS results the CAP is about 80-90% full i think you are better set for Express Entry. Keep in mind that if you apply for FSW and intend to apply for EE, you will almost surely need two copies of IELTS and ECA report (since the original must be submited), as well as two sets of notarized photocopies.
