May I know what are the chances of someone getting encashed but not getting PER? What is the reason for not having PER? I thought they have already done the check before charging credit card. Can some expert give me some insight? Thanks.

Your work related documents are not required unless you have claimed points for Canadian work exp.

primary applicant has to give all the work related doc for the noc which you applied.
dependant applicant : IELTS(If app in ur case for extra 5 points),PCC,Passport copy, Birth Certificate,Marriage Certificate
