Thanks for the reply. Saves me a lot of hassle but do you think I should get Equivalency/Credits for my earlier education or is Master's enough!

You will get points for your highest degree only, so just get a copy of your degree and marks from registrar's office and you are 100% good. You will have to take the IELTS however :-X

Hi All, I still think that CAP has not reached for 2174... Although CIC has mentioned 1,000 I guess it is by mistake.. We have seen some mistakes in updating the counts.. As far as I remember for FSW 2013 after reaching the CAP they clearly mention "CAP REACHED" not 1000... So, lets wait for next update...and we may see some more miracles..

Of course its reached the question is just until what date

I think they have reached the 1000 complete applications and they are waiting for all to be charged and PER. so if there are some rejections, they will consider more apps.

CIC won't email regarding the rejection, they will send the complete package back to you.
I think till july the completeness check is done.

thanks for the reply.
so, it's safe to say that they have reviewed my application (july 14).
Will they confirm the rejection if i send an email to them? They usually reply after a month.

Yes you can send a mail to them to know the status of your application. Few applicants have received mails stating the rejection of their application in response to their enquiry mail.

However, You will receive a response only after 30-40 days.
