I have a Canadian Master Degree.

Should I still do an Education credential through WES or CES for my FSW application

What about my earlier education like Bachelors and High School? Do I need a credential for them too?

PER is sent with in 5 days to 15 days time generally, but time variation depends on many factors.

Please share your more details like you app file date noc etc. and update ss also for the benefit of all.

CIC won't email regarding the rejection, they will send the complete package back to you.
I think till july the completeness check is done.

They wont provide additional copy directly to you.. so you have to take chance using their process... I think with application you can send CIC a letter on this issue mentioning your Center No, Candidate No & TRF No. and ask BC to send your TRF to CIC...

For better clarification take advice from seniors also....

CIC strictly advise to send IELTS copy with the application set and because it is important document, one cannot take risk!! So many of us on forum got second copy, you just need to try little harder... Speak to the most senior person in the centre.. It will be done..

No intimation of file rejection is given but the entire application is returned.

No there is huge time gap between completeness check and charging about a month.
