Hi friends. My file has reached CIC on 14th of October 2014 under FSW NOC 0121. I need to know that what will be the first intimation that I will receive and after how many days?

I am also requesting experienced users to please reply me with an intimation timeline schedule in an absolute order so that I can plan and coordinate accordingly.

First communication from cio will be a PER mail after successful charge of your payment in about 120 days.

Please refer to spreadsheet where you can get the fair idea of the timeline along with lots of other useful information. Also enlist youself on ss usibg link in my signatures.

Please help me with a query: I have a Canadian Degree-Masters, 2 years in Engineering. Do I still need to give IELTS for Language Proof in my FSW application?
If I don't need to submit a language exam will I get maximum points (24) for language?

I have read it and told them the same thing. But, in the end they apologized that they won't give me a report in my hand. If so they will send it to the CIC, but I don't have any numbers there. And, as I know it should be enclosed inside the package itself, so in that case a report will be sent out of the package. And I think that the CIC will consider that my package is incomplete because of this.

They wont provide additional copy directly to you.. so you have to take chance using their process... I think with application you can send CIC a letter on this issue mentioning your Center No, Candidate No & TRF No. and ask BC to send your TRF to CIC...

For better clarification take advice from seniors also....

Which city and country? Try visiting the centre personally. They denied second copy to me as well, but when I visited the centre they just asked for proof and my observation is that call centre people do not have much knowledge about CIC process but managers of IDP/BC centres understand our concern. They would ask for proof that you had sent it to CIC - IDP asked for Payment proof (DD copy) and BC (for my wife) asked for proof of delivery, courier bill
