I would like to addendum few files to my application , CIC received on 21-07-2014 ,should i send it or do you think its too late now.
if i send the envelope ,it will take week to reach them

Also ,if some could help me by providing a Letter format for addendum files.

I got a response from them yesterday, I emailed them August 27 regarding any status update. Their exact response:

"Your file is with our office and is undergoing initial processing. You will be contacted further in due course."

I'm a 2174 - June 20th applicant.

The address for sending Medials, PPRF, PCC to NDVO is given as below.

The problem here is a PO Box is given, but couriers will not deliver to a PO Box how did NDVO people dealt with this?
I'am planning to send my documents Today or latest by Tomorrow, please reply the solution. Thank you.

Hi everyone,

I need your help urgently. I have submitted my application with the original IELTS TRF on the 16th of September 2014 for the NOC 2174, but I found that the NOC 2171 job description is also applied to me. So, I prepared another application to send it to CIC, unfortunately the British Council in Saudi Arabia refused to give me another original IELTS TRF, and they said that it is only one original which comes from UK. Besides, my wife also took the IELTS from Egypt and it is the same.
Moreover, the CIC didn't send me back my first application as I know it takes from 2 to 3 months for reviewing. And they wrote in the documents checklist that if you want to send another copy of your IELTS you should attach our rejection letter with it.

So, now I want to send another application before time out what should I do???

Please, your advice is very important to me and most appreciated.

Hi Hazem,

I am sorry to tell that you have to retake the IELTS exam as well as your wife. The sooner the better.

Most of British Council centers and IDP refuses to grant additional copies of the TRF.

You should send it today, but there is no guarantee that your documents will be attached to your application as they have already finished the completeness check for 21/7/2014. Next week, they will charge apps from 1st and 2nd week of July. Wish you luck..
