OK I am at square one again ... And time to start life anew .. Can anybody please suggest if work experience is really required in a field to apply for a certain category. I mean I have a PhD and am eligible to work as a univ. prof. but I have minimal work experience as a lecturer/prof (less than 1 yr) .. can is till apply in this category?

Vijaykumar - for FBI PCC the update is I got my CC charged today. App received date: Sept 20th. I think from charge date - it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I am hoping mid-nov we should have the PCC. Hope it helps.

Hi Guys,

My ECAS status is updated as "Medical results have been received". I have sent RPRF receipt along with passport Bio pages to CHC NDVoffice, nothing was sent about medicals as DMP directly sends medical results to VO.
Medicals done: 22nd sept
RPRF courier delivered : 26th sept
Is there anyway to know whether they have received RPRF payment other than Courier company dispatch status. Do we need to send soft copy of RPRF receipt to VO, if so can you please provide mail ids. your valuable suggestions will be helpful.

does anybody know how to get PCC form Canada as currently i liver in india

Register yourself, pay the fee, make sure you have a soft copy of your photograph and a photo id proof with you before you start the process.

The Fee is Rs. 250.

If your consualtant gave this from his email id ...in that case they have just modified your PER .

Technically speaking it is a response to CSE. It was sent against your lawyer's request. It doesn't happen on it's own. According to the information provided CIO still holds your application.

Not before thursday or friday i think , today is the first working day after the last cap update on friday so they didn't add much files yet to make un update

I am more interested in the timeline. It's possible to obtain FILE# this way by emailing CIO. A number of applicants reported it on this thread. However it's 30 business days waiting time at least.

June 9 applicant, CC charged but waiting for PER. stay hopeful mate. if you want send an status check email, please ask others for email address.
