Sorry, i know it is not an appropriate time, but wanted to ask because i might not be able to reach you in the future. What did this genius AH do? Did he take all your money or did your bank block your card to stop this genius AH?

Genius tried making a transaction of 17$ ... he might have asked me in cash for that instead and i might have given those to him ... neways he attempted transaction in a galaxy far far from mine and CC company immediately recognized that as fraud ... and rest is all history ..

Hey Seniors.

One of my friend has filed under 2173 and his file got received at CIC on 1 Oct 2014.

What are the chances to be in cap.

Yes, you can use AMEX.
Passwords/PINS are not required by CIC to charge you.
Just make sure that AMEX is notified that they should expect a charge from IMMIGRATION ~ CANADA.
Also, AMEX charges extra for international transactions. Some accounts are exempt. Make sure you verify that as well

Guys URGENT feedback required.

My Fee : 550 CAD by credit card
My Spouse Fee: 550 CAD
My Son Fee: 150 CAD
So My Spouse+ My son fee = 700 CAD via DD.

Anybody who can confirm that i can pay that by demand draft or i have to pay full fee means 550 CAD +700 CAD - 1250 CAD via DD

I think it is possible..I read about this in previous posts.. Only rule is - One has to pay the complete fees for a particular member in one form ..
So $550 by draft and another $550 by CC will do.. but $700 by DD and $400 by CC wont do.. Hope it clarifies.

Today, who got the Medical request from NDVO??
Can anyone please share all the detail information (received date, start processing date etc. ), who received Medica request from NDVO (who got today)?

Go with DD buddy ... world is not a good place for CC applicants ...

On this forum I see people mention PER received? What does PER stand for?

My family member received letter from CIC that she was found eligible to be processed. It contained the UCI and Application number. Does anyone know when the expected admission date is for selected candidates that applied under FSWP before Express Entry starts in January 2015?

I was having one silly question on my mind. If someone pay RPRF fees online, without being asked by Visa office what will happen? Will Visa office ask again to pay fees? Or it will be acceptable? Just curious to know if someone can throw light into this.

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;
protected persons, including Convention refugees.

550 CAD by CC and 700 CAD by DD is acceptable. You can pay that way.

Hi,

I have applied for PR in Canada via FSW program. I have received my UCI from Central Intake Office few days ago and fee was charged on my CC.

The initial application was made for myself and my spouse but since then my family status has changed. (My son was born).

Can you please let me know how and when should I inform the visa office about the change? Should I wait for communication from Delhi-Visa office before informing about the status change because I have not received any confirmation that my file has been transferred to Delhi Visa Office.

Please confirm.
Congrats dear
