Yes, you have to fill up the rest. It get the name from credit card detail.

Hello fellow members i recieved my PER on 27 august and i recieved medical request on 10 october contating a email with attached medical form..

and today my ecas status changed that we started processing your case on 10 october..
now im confused that why my status is not medical request sent?

I think MR is almost there to your doorsteps if this is the case.

They return Rejected files through snail mail. No e-mail or phone call.

To add to this, I got my rejected 2013 apps after 4months from the date it was sent back.

eCAS is only an online checking tool. Please don't give to much importance to it and do as suggested in your email. You can get this rectified on eCAS later.

The completeness check is done after around 10 to 12 weeks from arrival at CIO. If the check didn't pass then they send back the application. Unfortunately they use the regular mail and although the regular mail in Canada is effective but it depends on the country of destination on whether it will be deleivered on not. So it might take from few weeks to 6 month (from completeness check finished)to reach or even might not reach at all.
