I guess we are not here to suggest people to rely on Luck. If that is the case, then all the knowledge in the forum is waste and no one would come here to take advise.

It is plain simple fact.

1. Reference letters need not be originals. Photocopies are fine as long as they are on letter head.
2. No need to notarize the photocopies of Reference letters.

If that is not the case, please prove with facts on paper. Lets not prolong the discussion and try to prove a point which is contrary to experience of many in the forum.

That's what a lot of us were trying to make him understand.

I renewed my passport and sent scanned copies to NDVO via case specific inquiry and also send an email asking them if they required hard copy too then i got the reply that i don't need to send hard copy of the passport at this stage.

Part-time experience is counted if supported by proper documents. However, it is a grey area whether experience before graduation will be considered. To be conservative, calculate the job experience after graduation only.

We have posted the file last week but have a query if anyone could answer my wife has applied in NOC 4151 and she has over all 4 years experience as a Behavioural Therapist Would part time paid experience be considered while she was studying her bachelors .. she worked for 2 years as a part time therapist and later on started up as a full time therapist .. Please do reply.. Thanks ..

I am not sure if they actually write or call your employer unless they strongly suspect something fishy. And what do they verify? At max if you are working there or not. They wont be able to verify every point in reference letter, like did he actually perform this duty. This can be done only with the person who has issued this letter. If you have quoted their email/phone, and if they call him/her, then you would know. Now, please relax, you are in a much better position than others, dont make your life miserable with unnecessary doubts

I worked with a firm for 2 years 10 months and currently working with a different firm for around 6 months. In the application should i provide reference letters for both or just the first one which had a longer experience ?

How do we know the date to which the completeness of file has been done. I am June 26 applicant who have neither received file back nor DD en cashed.

last dd charged was 16 june till last friday

For you positively another 10 days

Thanks for the reply. Well we have send all supporting documents along which are proper and precise. our agent said that they do count part time experience while studying! its kinda frustrating and depressing now.

Need to know what is the criteria and processing procedure for application by CIC. If they are still charging for 24th May Applicants how they can return the application which was reached at CIC on 7/7/2014.

I am curious to know the procedure

Can i say that CIC has completed their validation for august month applicants or till 7.7.2014.

Congratulations for the baby. You need to inform when your file us transferred to your then you should submit documents for the newcomer. Meanwhile get his documents prepared
