It seems my case is in verification -as per ECAS NDVO started processing on 9th Oct but no MR yet.

I am worried what will happen when they contact my current employer - how would my employer react to them and to Me

Any timelines for Processing Date to MR for NDVO?

On a second thought - Since my Business-visitor Visa to Canada was sponsored by the same employer, NDVO may skip the employer verification. Any thoughts or I am just too positive?

Had a query...

Now that 2174 applications have been filled out. What next???

When will they return the application? Approximately how long will it take.

Just wanted to make sure before, the new program initialises - we can prepare the new application and keep it ready. Wanted to know because we provide original IELTS results and verifications in the application of few 2014. So was wondering how long would it take them to return the application???

brother one thing is clear....there will be no more FSWP programs. there will be no initialization of any other FSWP.

the new program is express entry and that will launch on January 1, 2015 according to cic. but it may get delayed or what ever. according to new program......you must have a Job Offer or Employment Offer in your intended NOC from any Employer in Canada to be considered for PR.

if u will have any offer then ur case might get in line and starts processing, if not, they will keep ur file in pool for 2 years and then discards it if you fail to get any job offer. so in the new program, even if u fulfill 67 points, u still will have to have a job offer.

Supplied additional page in Background/Declaration

Dear friends,

I am a July 2nd Applicant under NOC: 1123

I have supplied additional page for the form SCHEDULE A- BACKGROUND / DECLARATION as
there was not enough space for Point No. 8 (Personal History) & Point No. 12 (Addresses).

But I / My wife have not signed on that additional page.

Would that be any problem or its good to go...??? Pls advise....

In my limited knowledge, if you get pcc issued either from the address on your passport or from the address you provided to cic will be fine.
PCC is country specific not state or city specific. Therefore equally good from any address where you have a ctually resided or you permanent address.
To make it more secure you can update cic about your new address after your fileis transfered to vo.

GUYs HOW bad is LONDON VO , i am hearing a lot of scary stories that they take 25 months to process stories from some one who applies for fsw 2013 .. are they all true

yes brother.....except for some applicants......some means less then 10......LVO takes around 12 months avg time from PER to issue PR visa.......that's a minimum avg time............for Pakistani applicants applying from Pakistan......don't know about middle east people. and max it can go to 2 years!

so have patience and wait. good luck

I realized today that I have made one minor mistake by signing the Fee Payment form (Section B) when my payment mode is DD. So do I really need to communicate CIO about the same or it will be neglected?

You have to sign and f your mop is cc as you have furnished a DD I hope you have mentioned it in the form and if you have signed the form then its totally OK in my opinion...don't worry and keep on praying

Any update on PERs for June 17 or 18 apps? Last I heard it was last week that someone from June 16th app date received a PER.
