They employ a third party contractor who writes emails to the company and reports back to them with the results.

So are they do verification for all candidates or spare some fortunate ones..

Thanks

Hi All,

Now that 2174 is capped and 2171 & 2173 are expected to be capped soon. Am planning to send my application by Oct 25 for NOC 2281.
Is there any chance I can come within the cap?

Pls advice

Experts need your views here,

M bit tensed as my status changed i.e second line added on 10th sept.
I got a call from NDVO and asked to provide my current employer address on 25th sept.(don't think its an interview rather a verification call)
Now it been more than a month since my processing started.
What/when should I expect now? I'm a 9th may applicant and PER on 15th AUG.

Any views will be appreciated.

Hi Folks

Thank you for your replies to my earlier questions. One more is mentioned below :

Regarding Proof Funds : I am the main applicant and my wife is dependent applicant. We plan to furnish the below as our POF.

1. Bank Balance certificate for our respective savings accounts.
2. PPF statement
3. Employee Provident Fund Passbook/statement for both of us
4. LIC Policy Surrender Value

Do you think any of these 4 could be a problem. If yes, what do you suggest. I will plan accordingly.

Thanks for all the help so far.

Regards
Amar

I am in a tricky situation, was wondering if anyone could advise me.

I have received notification for Medical, I wrote to CIC and got an extension because my wife was due on Dec 25, 2014. CIC agreed to 45 days extension from the time of the birth of the child. The child is born 3 months early and is hospitalized because she is premature.

I cannot comply with the 45 days time frame because the baby cannot leave the hospital. She needs her passport, which she can only get after visiting the embassy / passport office in person.

What advice do you have for me? What should I do?

How long she is expected to be in this situation? Get a signed letter from doctor regarding this on hospital letterhead. Then request them for appropriate extension. Include scanned copies of all relevant medical records with your application.... and then hope for the best.... :)

Hello everyone,

Urgent help required! I am applying for the current FSW program before the new Express entry program.....
Whenever I try assess my eligibility online through CIC for FSW. I get a message that I am not eligible.
But according to my calculation I get max 75 points!

My specs:
Education: Masters from Canada 23 points
Experience: 3 years (in my field) 11points
Language: IELTS 24 points
Age: 28 12points
Adaptability: Canadian Education 2 years 5 points

I am currently residing in Canada and don't have a qualifying job offer
Can someone help me out here?
Thanks

Online eligibility assessment is wrong for all.

Your profile looks good. Go ahead and apply . Make sure you have all the necessary documents as per the document checklist.

Also make sure whether your desired NOC cap is full or not.

All the best.

Ndvo should equip site with notification alert. So that when the status changes one should get alert through email ot sms. It is very problematic to login everytime.

Just now i checked ECAS after a week..

And Got...

2. We started processing your application on October 9, 2014

Happy...Now... When can I expect MR???
