Friends,

could you please tell for the following based on your experience.

1. My applicatoin is received on June 04th and tillnow my DD is not encashed. Is it mean that till now my application is not opened by CIC.
2. If My applicaton is opened, is it rejected. if yes by this time it would reached me, But not.
3. Is my application is reached to right place. infact it is received by GLEN and observed in SS many applications are received by GLEN.

Please answer to my questions.

Guys...

Happy that I got MR and Fee payment request today. ECAS second line also updated to 'we started processing...'

I have pasted both the emails in above posts for everybody's reference. Just to mention that I was really worried that despite receiving PER on 11 august (7th May applicant NDVO), I wasn't receiving any MR whereas others from PER received after me got the MR. However, I feel that at NDVO it is not FIFO.

I thought that delay might be due to some background verification calls but my current and prev employer HR did not receive any call. So not sure what the delay was about. It is a positive sign for others who are waiting for MR

Also I received some additional attachments called FCRO and CIIP and it says they conduct some sessions to help you plan the immigration. I will go through the attachments and share more details. However, if someone in group already knows about it, it would be nice to share what it is all about and if it is worth enrolling for the sessions.

Hey..I am not sure which got updated first because I checked my ECAS only after I received my MR. But I guess ECAS is updated first.
I am from mumbai but natively from Kerala

hello everyone,

Candidates who have received MR , can they please share their experience about verification from employer . Have anyone received verification call from their local VO, if yes what they asked ? and Have any applicant gone through physical verification by VO?

A strange thing happened with my friend while verification. He was called by VO and at the same time his employer was called and their answers were matched. Luckily everything matched and yesterday he received MR.

no you will not get any intimation from cic if your file has been returned and in most cases you will get ur per mail before your bank knows that the dd got encashed. i had applied for fsw2013 when my file was returned coz the cap was reached and it took 5 months to get my file back.

i would advise you to relax and pray that your file gets accepted and if you are getting too anxious mail CIO quoting you name and DOB and see if they can track your file, nothing more can be done.

5 months is a long time to sit totally clueless, not knowing what's happening to your file, whether its getting counted or not
