U will rcv PER email from CIC which is the first notification from CIC...Before this u cant track ur app....

Although if it is too delayed lets say feb of 2015 u have not rcvd any communication then u can email them....

For now, just wait and watch this forum....Currently upto 16th Jun applicants are getting PER......

Hi Guys,

My Medical receipt , DD and PCC docs reached NDVO on friday Morning. I sent it through blue dart and their tracking status stated "RECEIVED BY : STAMP" . Anyone else who has similar experience ?
I am guessing that most probably the NDVO employee to received the courier must have stamped on the acknowledgement ?

To clarify here is the information I got from PSK and this is also for people who are yet to apply for PCC and don't have their spouse name updated on passport.

Chandiagrh PSK denied to issue me a PCC on current passport as my spouse name is not added. So I will have to get passport reissued first.

As I don't have much time, I wanted to opt for Tatkal Seva, and in case of tatkal passport you have to get a reference letter from gazetted officer and verification is exempted. But the verification will be done if you apply for PCC on tatakal passport which will take another 3-4 weeks.

So finally I got the PCC from SSP office Mohali, Punjab as my permanent address on passport is of Punjab but I am currently residing in Noida. So I was am not sure if I can use the one issued from Punjab.

As per the info I got from my local PSK, if your passport is still valid and a Police enquiry was done before at the the time when it was issued first, No further enquiry will be made on just adding your wifes name. The passport number and validity will be changed though.
Besides, I also got the PCC from the SP office. Once we submit all the necessary docs at the SP office, they normally direct the same to the local police station for for further inquiry and report. Someone from the local police station will check and report back to the SP office that your are clean and a PCC is issued only after that. means, it will also takes some time

So I suggest that you check with them clearly and opt to the one which is faster.

It is for everyone included on the application who is above 18.

I was facing the same issue when I went to PSK for PCC. I was told the same to reissue the passport. Since, I had time(MR still awaited), so i took the appointment for reissuing(not tatkal) which includes police verification. So after I get the new passport, hoping to get the PCC same day when I apply for it. Hope i am not wrong.

Hi,

I have a query related to PCC. PSK denied issuing the PCC on current passport as my spouse name is not added in my passport. They have asked me to get the passport updated first. I have to send the PCC by 10th Nov, so I don't have time to get the passport updated.

As per CIC guidelines now I have take PCC from SSP office in Punjab as my permanent address is in Punjab but I am currently residing in Noida and have also stayed in Maharashtra in last 10 years

So would the PCC from Punjab be sufficient or do I need additional PCC from Noida as well?

Go to SP office in Noida, get the PCC application form.
Go to State Bank branch in Noida to pay challan fees (SP office clerk will give the Bank details).
Attach current valid address proof, copy of a governement issued ID, challan receipt.
Submit to SP office and then ask them how much time it will take..they will probably say one and a half month, but you can get them to issue in 2 days.
How? Talk to the clerk and he will let you know.

I have sent my application on Aug 18th from Singapore via DHL , DHL site updated they delivered the application on Aug 22nd. There was no mention of the signed person. This is the update so far.
Now is there anyway I could find anything that will be helpful to track my application status?

If you want to confirm the name of the person who received you package, call up the DHL helpline, they will be able to confirm the name.

rest as said by the member, you will have to wait for some confirmation from CIC for which you will have to wait for 90-100 days, this is what i understand while going through this forum.

I need urgent help, I am 6th June applicant in Nursing Category, on 3rd Oct I received below email from WES, with a form, I filled the form and faxed WES on 6th Oct, did not receive any email from them, so I email the copy of faxed form again on 8th Oct, till now no reply from WES, I am very tense what to do now, shall I wait more or go to WES site and add CIC for the duplicate report recipient and pay online.
